It depends.
All members have access to discounted park hopper tickets. (The type that they have available varies from branch to branch) All members also have access to discounts on room-only reservations. Those can be booked at your AAA office, or through CRO.
There is a special AAA parking lot at each of the four theme parks. (Except maybe Animal Kingdom - I'm not sure about that one...) The lot is closer to the gate - usually with the handicapped parking. To get a pass for this, you may either need to book a package with AAA, or simply buy park passes. It varies from AAA office to AAA office, so check with yours about that one.
There is also a special lounge in the Magic Kingdom. It's air-conditioned, and they'll give you a free soda. You have to book a package through AAA to get this, however.
Those are just the Orlando based Disney benefits. You can also save money on Universal admission, as well as Universal merchandise (10%), and I believe there might be a dining discount too.
There's also a few
Disneyland discounts.
And then of course there's the slew of discounts you'll get in your local community.
HTH!
