We are just back May 27th from a wonderful stay at the BCV. We arived around 10 AM on Sunday, May 22nd and checked in for our 2 2 bedrooms. Our only requests was Non-smoking, upper floor, dedicated 2 bedroom. We were given rooms 324 (EPCOT view) and 323 across the hall. I was shocked and very pleased with the rooms. Room 324 was in good shape except for the dining table showing a bit of wear. Room 323 was in fair shape except for the bench seating which was broken. We call housekeeping and it was fixed the next morning.

I must say we did enjoy watching Illuminations from our balcony several evening while we babysat the grandkids. The staff was very friendly and most helpful our entire stay. BCV gets 5 stars from our family.

WELCOME BACK!

Did you and the grandkids get to enjoy the main pool?
What were your favorite aspects about staying at BCV?

I share your enthusiasm about the BCV. I was impressed during out stay last week (home is VWL). We decided we couldn't choose a favorite. It's nice to be able to walk to the World Showcase!

Glad to hear another good report from BCV-I love it! Did you get down to the new Beach Club Marketplace? If so, how did you like it? We thought it was terrific, and never crowded.

5 stars!!!! That's great!

We really enjoyed BCV ....so much went back again! Would like to try another DVC but it's hard to not go to BCV.

OK, you may be able to help me with my quest.... Were both of the 2 bedroom villa's have 2 queens in the second bedroom?

CRSNDSNY - We loved the pool. I didn't know there was a kiddie slide behind the pirate ship. My DS#2 found it and was taking his 10 mth baby for a ride. The baby love to splash at the end of the ride. My DDIL#2 love the pool so much we couldn't get her to go to the parks 2 days. She swam everyday.

It's hard to pick a favorite reason for staying at the BCV. Being so close to EPCOT was a big plus, the pool was definately a big favorite for most of the family. I feel that the staff is the added plus during this trip. They were very helpful, more Disney like than I've seen in years.

Simba's Mom - The Beach Club Market place is a big thumbs up. Some of the family ordered sandwiches which they said were very good. I had cappuccino every morning; not Starbucks but good. Some of the kids had the hand scooped ice cream and said it was great. All positive reviews from the family on their purchases.

Lisareniff -When I made my reservations, I requested 2 queen bed because of the number of people we had. You have to request a dedicated 2 bedroom inorder to get it.

Yep! I understand that it's a room type assigned at time of reservation. I'm in the process of identifying all the 2 bdrm 2 queen rooms for my room map. (why, I'm not exactly sure!) I'm almost there, and just wanted to verify that your rooms were both the 2 queen variety. (I wasn't sure since you used the word request) They were right??

I think, you have to go one step further and ask for a dedicated 2 bedroom with 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.. We stayed in a dedicated 2 bedroom two weeks ago but the 2nd bedroom had a queen bed and a sofa sleeper. The room number we had was 542...

I took pictures of the resort and our room. You can see them here:
