A "Wonder"-ful NYE in Mexico 12/26/11

The swim suits are a great idea! We do the PJ thing as well! I think I am going to use that. If you or anyone reading this knows where we can get the list of people participating in the fish extender thing on this cruise could someone post it or say where to go to get it? Thank you!

My dd's will be 17 & 13 at the time of the trip! We just returned from the 12/18-12/29 cruise and had a great time. We decided NYE was a trip we wanted to do with Disney

As people join, if you would like me to compile a list for possible FE or Dismeets - please send me a PM with your Disboard name, Adults first names, and kids ages (no names) - (something like DD 13 or DS 17) - that type of thing. Exciting times!

We got all the excursions we wanted. The city tour in PV and Cabo and the 4x4 mini jeeps in Cabo. So we are very happy and hope they are all going to be fun.

It doesn't look like there are many regular cruisers on this cruise? We are a first timer and can't wait.

We ended up with the other beach visit in Puerto Vallarta, which should be "good enough" for DD4.5, who loves to play in the sand. Mostly we just want to be on the ship this time -- we did the Med this past summer, and it was very go-go-go!

That sounds really good callihannah. You should have a fun time!

We are coming out of our Summer and go to some of the best beaches in the world here in Sydney all the time, so that's why we were not that interested in the beach excursions.
I wanted to see the cities that we were visiting and my husband wanted to do the jeep excursion, so this way we are both happy. lol

We just got around to booking excursions. We are doing the Pirate Ship in PV, and I'm undecided about what to do in Cabo. We really like snorkeling, but we have a toddler to deal with and I'm worried that the water won't be warm enough anyway. I was going to book the teen surfing for my 14 year old, but it is full.

As fun as doing the FE thing sounds, I think it will be too much for me to plan when we leave the day after Christmas.

We have late dining- I think we were placed there because that is what we chose last cruise.

Yes I agree the FE does sound like fun but we cannot do it. We have international flights to deal with and are traveling around America after the cruise and just don't have the room in our luggage.

It looks like a lot of the regular cruisers are on the Christmas cruise prior to our cruise as their FE is in full swing!

I am giving this cruise to my son for Christmas as a total surprise! We are just going to drive to the port that morning and tell him when he sees the ship!

I'm Deb. I'm a Bon Jovi fan too!
We went to all of their concerts when they were in Sydney, last Christmas, it was brilliant, we had so much fun and were in the inner circle for all three concerts!

I think your son is going to be so happy with his surprise, what a great present!

I have been to quite a few of their concerts, and earlier this year we flew to San Antonio, TX to see them (since they didn't come to CA!)

I cannot wait to surprise my son. It's killing me!

This will be our second Disney Cruise. We were just on the Wonder in October and had so much fun that my husband and I were trying to think of what to do for the holidays and thought of this cruise. I didn't think he would go for it but he did!! I am new to Disboards and just started as a travel agent in my spare time. Not much of that since I have 3 kids (4, 6, and 13), but I try. I LOVE Disney. Anyone want to show me the ropes? I am a quick learner. Thinking of doing the FE this time because I saw how much fun others had with it.
