I turn 52 on the 15th!!! Aging doesn't bother me.....but the first time someone called me ma'am a couple of years ago it freaked me out!! Now...not so much!

And where I'm working right now, if your scheduled day to work falls on a holiday, you work it, period. Definately unfair as EVERY holiday and my birthday have all fallen on days I've been scheduled to work. Hopefully next year will be different!
Oh and we won't be going to Hollywood Brown Derby because we would have to leave today to drive and get there...... and I'm not packed.....

It was very pretty, but we didn't spend anytime sitting out there because there were very large bumbly bees loving those flowers.

I bet you did!! Long ago I taught pre-school and kindergarten at a private school. We followed a public school holiday schedule and had two week breaks at Christmas, one week at Easter, 4 days for Thanksgiving and two weeks off in June and August. I really NEEDED that time off!! But you know I still miss teaching and think teachers rock!!
