A week with the Mouse trip report Jan 15-21 w/pics

One more thing I forgot to put on my last post...

Where is that Goofy on the bench? Where in the park?

When you enter under the train station on the right hand side, the bench is front of the first building on Main Street on the right... If you sit there long enough Goofy does speak.

Day 7 Sun Jan 21

This morning we need to pack-up and get ready to go home...but not before we get some more Disney fun in. We don’t have to catch the Magical Express until 3:30pm so after we pack and say goodbye to our room, we head down and store our luggage. Off to Animal Kingdom to see Nemo: The Musical....which is a great show...and the music is really good too. Now it’s about 10:30am so we head to Downtown Disney and do last minute shopping and head into Disney Quest since it will be closing.....never been before..it wasn’t that busy at all...some of the games were really fun...others not so much. But I’m glad I checked it out before it goes away......Before we know it’s time to head back to the WL....we grab a bite to eat and collect our luggage and hop on the ME to MCO......Our flight is early and we get back into Providence (a.k.a. Warwick, RI) a half an hour earlier than scheduled..

It was an amazing week of great weather, low crowds and allot of fun....and yeas I have already planned my next visit for Oct 21-27 2007 again staying at the WL and will be doing the Segway Tour at Epcot & checking out MNSSHP for the first time...can’t wait!

I am going through withdrawal...but at least i have podcasts to listen to and the Dis to help me through...plus another trip to plan so all is good.

Hello my neighbor..love that Green Airport!
I LOVED your report..tons of great pictures and i loved that you enjoyed the keys to the kingdom..i want to try that sometime!
I have to admit though, the highlight of your report for me was this sentence:

Nemo the Musical was not showing today due to the fact that at a show yesterday two puppets collided and needed repairs

I know it wasn't supposed to be funny, but for some reason it just had me laughing out loud..picturing puppets gone wild colliding with eachother. FUNNY.
Great reporting, i will be looking for another report in October

I LOVED your report..tons of great pictures and i loved that you enjoyed the keys to the kingdom..i want to try that sometime!
I have to admit though, the highlight of your report for me was this sentence:



I know it wasn't supposed to be funny, but for some reason it just had me laughing out loud..picturing puppets gone wild colliding with eachother. FUNNY.
Great reporting, i will be looking for another report in October

We were at that showing of Nemo and it was awful. It had just gotten started and there were 12 of us including my 2 nephews (2 & 4) and maybe a 1/4 into the show it just stopped and they asked us to leave the theatre. No explanation or anything. The family was so disappointed. My immediate family had seen it before so it was ok but my nephews were bummed. That happened to us a few times during our trip (Jan 12-21). But the weather was great and the crowds were not too bad so we too had a great vacation. Loved to read your report.

Thank you...i had wish we went to Animal Kingdom a day sooner so i could have seen it I plan to take lots more pictures in Oct espically for MNSSHP...and report back here on my week at the place where dreams come true.

Thanks for reading...so you didn't see the puppets collide?? Maybe it happened backstage...sorry you missed it...looks like you'll have to plan another trip
