I'm so glad you're enjoying reading along!

Even though it's slightly disturbing, the mosquito legend kind of makes sense. They are incredibly annoying little buggers.
Still enjoying your report, thanks for continuing to share.![]()
Loving all of your trip and "real life" reports! Keep up the great work.
Btw, now that you've lived 10 minutes from Disneyland, ever think of moving 10 minutes from WDW? Haha. I can attest that it is awesome!
It's so funny, since that was our same table the very next week in Alaska, but we had completely different servers and a different head server (we were on a different dining rotation). We loved Cindy, though. We met her on the 3rd day of the cruise when we dined in Triton's for breakfast and then we saw her throughout the cruise in different dining locations. She was always so nice. We left her a nice comment card.
Members cruise to Alaska next May for my and my family, thanks for all your travel adventures.
I think the question on everyone's mind is....did he drink the water?![]()
Thanks so much for these reports - they are so helpful! The suspense is tough, though, waiting for the next reports!! I am on my first cruise to Alaska next year, the 7-day cruise, so I am anxiously awaiting the reports for the ports we will visit. What was the cost of the Alaska cruise blanket? That one is on my must-get list during my trip.
I have a request...how do I find Sarah and the other staff on instagram? I put in#dclalaska but I get so many photos!
The captain really is everywhere. One evening, on our way to dinner, the elevator doors opened and there was the captain, bent over in the elevator, picking up paper off of the floor.
The train ride already sounds like so much fun, and you've barely started!
There's nothing like wood heat when you're truly cold. I grew up with it, and I miss it (but not the mess) when winter hits.
Great TR. I hope you get a chance to finish bc you're just getting to the towns we'll be visiting next summer on our (non-Disney) Alaska cruise. Can't wait to read the rest.
Awesome update! That list of supplies was so interesting!!
Yay! Great updates while I was away - thanks! Can't wait to see what else you do in Skagway.![]()
