I sent the forms immediately after I posted here. I filled out two, one about the shot that is completely missing, and one about the baby simba missing. I asked if it was possible for them to add him after the fact. I specifically remember the balloon shot because a very nice PPP did a whole bunch of magic shots for me and saw my birthday button, so she thought the balloon one would be cool, but she didn't have it on her camera. Her husband was also a PPP and he took them because he did have it on his camera. I hope they find them!

Ok! Found the form on their website for lost photos! I was very specific in telling them the date, time, location, etc. and was even able to upload a pic of Ally from that day for them to match! Praying they find them! It makes me sick thinking about it! Uggh!

That is good that you were super specific! I hope they can find them I'm assuming all the pics were on the same card?? I really hope you can get those!!! I think it does happen more than it should and they think the card is scanned but it's not really scanned...Let us know asap when they are found!

Yep we found them. We had moved them on to Mom's external hard drive and deleted them from the computer. I checked our desktop, laptop, and our hard drive and couldn't find them. I called Mom and had her check her computer. Nothing. I was so sick thinking about all the pictures we had taken, especially the ones from the Halloween party where Brooklynn was Ariel and Bella was Flounder. After a day or two I vaguely remembered putting some pictures on Mom's hard drive so I called her and walked her through the steps of how to find them and sure enough there they were.

Oh my word!! How scary! I'm so glad that you remembered putting them on her hard drive! I backed up all my pics from this trip on our external hard drive last night!

I will! It was from the optional add on photo session that they have in the new photo studio in that princess shop behind the castle. B/c we did the photo shoot, we ended up not having time for pics in front of the castle afterwards. We did get some before, though!

OH wow! I did not know they added it to the princess shop That is much better than trucking it all the way down Main Street We are going to do the add on package. I hope you get those pictures, I know you were so looking forward to seeing them. I feel your pain girl I am sure Disney has them though! Keep the faith!

Yes!! The CM told me that they put it there about 2 months ago! Super close to the BBB!!! I'm pretty sure it's the room that used to be Tinkerbell's Treasures where you went to wake up Tinkerbell. They had the pink Cinderella dress displayed in there that Ally wore that day!! I just read a bunch of posts on here of people who lost their entire PP card and were able to get their pics--so that gives me some faith that they'll find mine!

Becky, I had two pictures missing from my photopass account from December. I filled out the form just like you did, one of them they found but one they did not. Keeping my fingers crossed that they find all of your pics! Did you take any with your own camera?
