I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! You know I'm in the same boat. I'm hoping they find mine as well.
Becky, I had two pictures missing from my photopass account from December. I filled out the form just like you did, one of them they found but one they did not. Keeping my fingers crossed that they find all of your pics! Did you take any with your own camera?

Oh Becky, I hope they get those photos! We actually filled out the "lost photo form" with our last trip in August and they were able to find the picture. We saw it in our PP account within days! Phew! good luck!
Oh no! That is terrible! The good thing is that it was something specific (BBB) rather than some random place or time. I'm sure they will be able to find your pictures. It's not like you were saying, "We were near the castle sometime on Monday." I wonder how many people have pictures go missing?

Becky, I swear I am not making this up and I only know this because I was next in line after you at Castle Couture but I do know that your photographer had a problem with his camera that morning. His settings were wrong. They had to call a help line to figure out what was wrong with his camera. The CM that was chatting with you offering tips was the one that helped me review our photos and get our prints and the CM that took your photos was working with him to figure out what went wrong. I hope I am wrong but I am certain there was a problem. I never put two and two together that you may not have pics until this very moment. I hope they are able to find the pics or maybe this info may be helpful in tracking them down.![]()
Oh Becky - I'm sure they will find them. We had the same thing on our trip this past March. We filled out the form and they were able to locate one group but not the other. I feel like the reason they probably couldn't locate the other is because we were one of those millions taken in front of the castle on any given day. But sounds like you were able to provide specifics so I think they'll be located.In the meantime I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

They found my balloon picture and said they were able to correct the missing Simba issue. I just checked the account and the balloon picture is there, but Simba is still not in the photos. They told me a few ways to make it so that he does show up, so I'm off to find that now. I hope you have the same luck that I did!

Well, since what Leanne has said, I would let Angela know what is going on and have her call. They should have fessed up about having issues at that very moment to you so you were aware and could have come back more additional pictures. I think Angela would agree you deserve to be given a free photo shoot when you go over the holidays. I know that this does not seem very kind to complain, but this is something they were well aware of, since they were troubleshooting right there. They could have remedy the situation right there by taking additional photos with a separate camera.

Checking in to see if your pictures have been located yet. Sending pixie dust your way. I agree there should be some kind of compensation for losing your pictures especially if there was a camera issue.

I agree Connie! I just read an interesting blog about how Disney appreciates getting told when their guests are less than satisfied, as it is a growing opportunity and highlights what they need to work on in the future.
I know it is a free shoot (unless you add the Image package and get prints) but they could have had the courtesy to tell you that they were having camera difficulties and were unsure if they had any photos. That way you could have chosen to wait for more photos, or take the chance of not getting any.![]()
