Just got a response from PP! Uggh! "Thank you for your request to locate your missing Disney's PhotoPass photos. We regret that we are unable to recover these photos due to an equipment or technical problem which caused the photos to not take properly. We have passed this feedback onto our photography partners. Please accept our sincere apologies that we were unable to recover your photos."

I just want to cry!!

Well the photoshoot was free so I'm not sure what I'd ask for?!

Oh no Becky! I'm so sorry they lost those pictures From what a PP said, it sounds like they knew they were having issues with the camera. I think that is awful that they didn't say anything and offer to retake them.

So sorry... I have had pics not get taken by photopass but never lost that many. You can always look at your pics at the spots around the parks... then you can quick check they are on the card for next time.
