Pretty much. The exec handling our remodel keeps forgetting to schedule me when I'm supposed to be there so I've just been going in. Tomorrow is my normal day off, he forgot to schedule me on Thursday, and I managed to swing things today so I wont fall behind on anything if I'm not there so I'm gonna enjoy 2 days off in a row for the first time in what feels like ages.

Jillian, that whole license thing sounds a little silly. Especially if you've been working there so long. At the same time, I can see why they would want it done. Just seems like a silly process.

So, the sun is finally shining today! I might actually be able to take Seth outside! It's supposed to be really warm too, so I am hoping we can go for a nice walk.

Oh good I hope you had a fun walk.

I've done the extremes at Disneyland! I remember my last day last September when it was over 110. I'll definitely take Disneyland over wherever I am regardless of the weather (although I will always prefer mid 80's the low 90's).

Didn't get a chance to go out walking yesterday, cause we ended up getting thunder storms for most of the afternoon and well into the night. We got one that was so loud that Seth kept waking up from it. I, on the other hand, slept through all of it. I must have been tired, cause I am normally a very light sleeper!

Today has been really nice though. Finally made it out for a walk! And tomorrow after a Dr. appointment, we are on our way down to Calgary for a couple days so my Grandma and some friends can meet Seth. Looking forward to that. Might even attempt going to the Disney Store to trade a couple Vinyls!

I've done the extremes at Disneyland! I remember my last day last September when it was over 110. I'll definitely take Disneyland over wherever I am regardless of the weather (although I will always prefer mid 80's the low 90's).

I do NOT like hot weather... at ALL! My warmest day this last trip it was about 80 and that was hot enough for me!! I liked the days that were around 72 much better!

It's my weekend too! I go back to work tomorrow night for 5 nights! Hubby is taking me out to dinner tonight. Well his mom is paying but she is on a diet so she said for him to take me out for my birthday!

Jessica, enjoy your days off! It's funny because my schedule similar to yours, where my 'weekend' usually occurs on a Wednesday/Thursday or something! And it it nice to get two days off in a row once in a while! I usually don't...it's either work every other day, or work 5 days straight, one day off, work, one day off...or some other crazy combination.
Since my boss messed up my schedule two weeks in a row, he decided to be nice and give me Friday/Saturday/Sunday off next week! I am going to the New Kids/ BSB show in San Jose that Saturday so it's perfect!

Paula, I would soooo take Disneyland weather over this weather too! I got in my car to drive home from work tonight and the temp was 86 at almost 11pm! I think our high was 103 today. I love warm weather, but nothing above 95 please!

Andrea, have fun with your grandma! & good luck with the vinyls!

It was like being in a totally different season today. It was 58 degrees when we were at Ghirardelli Square. It was amazing.We went to Kara's cupcakes and they were amazing. I highly recommend them if you get a chance. We bummed around.

Kody and Loren really enjoyed the Panic! at the Disco concert. Loren thinks it was the best concert he has ever been to.

Kacy and David really enjoyed the Taking Back Sunday, and Thursday concert.

It was like being in a totally different season today. It was 58 degrees when we were at Ghirardelli Square. It was amazing.We went to Kara's cupcakes and they were amazing. I highly recommend them if you get a chance. We bummed around.

Yay, glad you all had a great time doing your own little things. My sister and brother in law are going to a Giants game this Saturday and can't wait to be in the mid-60s weather.

Everyone loves different things! It's what makes us who we are. I just prefer being cooler. I figure I can always add more layers but I can only take so much off! I feel hot when it gets above 75 lol!

So I started my TR yesterday... but I have to send my laptop in today to get fixed. HOPEFULLY!! I uploaded all my photos to 4share so my friend could download and when she went to do so it said she had to pay SO I am trying the media fire that Jillian recommended... hoping that one works... Otherwise we will be sending each other disks with the files!

I can never get myself warm enough. In the summer, so long as I've got shorts, a tanktop and something cold to drink I am chill as can be.

I think its probably because I'm overweight so I get warm very easily... I love sleeping in a cooler room snuggled under a blanket... kind of impossible with this weather!

It's the same with my mom. It's been a battle between me and the rest of the family because I cannot stay warm for the life of me (especially when I eat). It was over 100 the other day and I was still shivering at times during the day. I can't stand to be in the house when the swamp cooler is running because I just get cold and my joints start hurting. It's worse than actual winter. I was seriously eating dinner last night in jeans and a sweatshirt with the hood pulled over my head. It was a funny sight I'm sure.

I should just live outside during the summer.

Yum I love going to costo! I love the samples but their pizza is sooo good too!
