In 2004 when Calgary lost in game 7 of the final round, there were no riots that I can recall. Of course there were probably some fights and things, but that's kinda normal. But they didn't go out and destroy the city they live in and love. I think it's just so sad. They were just a bunch of sore losers!

When you take into consideration that so many cruises stop in Vancouver and how many people visit there you have to think that this could hurt their tourist business.

So the polygraph was super weird. The guy was cool, but the whole process was freaky. And you're all strapped up and they make you answer the questions twice. But I passed Continued for this job process, I am so close yet so far! Today I have fingerprinting at the sheriff's office, and tomorrow I have an interview with a background investigator (like a private detective). They'll take the information I give them and basically check out my life, pull reports, talk to my friends. It takes 6 weeks or so before you hear anything

Still sending for you! That process sounds torturous!!

Flying is rough because you have to be at the airport so early now.

If I was getting myself to the airport I would not have been here so early but Super Shuttle wants to allow plenty of time in case they stop other places on the way.


I'm happy I did it but I was kinda disappointed... but you'll have to wait for the details on that for my trip report...
