Oh that would really tick me off. Talk about poor customer service.
Oh yes you should borrow them. It would be great if you could watch them before your trip and then watch for the scenes from the ride in the movies.
Yes the HP customer service is bad. I don't think I will buy from them again. I had issues with my Dell laptop but they were good about fixing it!
They wanted me to pay $15 for expedited service and I refused saying it should be covered under my warranty. They insisted that they couldn't waive the fee. I insisted I talk to a supervisor. Ta-Da.. the fee is waved!! Unfortunatly it means a week without my laptop
