OMGosh forget that first one...look at what's #2 now!!!!!!!!!

:lmao: :lmao:

Try "Junk" picture #10. It makes me laugh. And makes me crave fatening food. This might be a dangerous one for you to look @ right now Cheri. :rotfl:

Sugar is Evil!!!

Oh I forgot to mention I walked 2.5 miles this evening again. It was just what I needed. On the way back home, Mike scooped up some minnows in the canal to give to Meeko and Cleo --and yes, that's their official names now, don't know if I mentioned it.

Now I'm really going to bed. nite!

I Love the Names...Liked mine better :rolleyes1

btw - google "bugger" and look at the first image. it's pretty funny.

You Made me Look!!!

your thread is too quiet so I thought I'd post this...

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Too Funny!!!!

I started a new fun motivation technique while walking yesterday. So, we’re walking…and I say “Want to ride Space Mountain? Okay..let’s go, we’re almost there!” (while pointing to a landmark up ahead). Or “Let’s take the monorail to Epcot…it’s just up ahead!” And when we neared home, I said “Oh no, we’re going to miss the bus to the MK…let’s make a run for it!” But Mike didn’t play along and he missed the bus. :sad2: I caught it just on time. Hehe

That is a great way to walk...I have to do this!!!

Do y’all think I’m nuts yet? Oh yeah, that’s right, you ALREADY think I’m nuts. With the exception of Disneydad99 :rolleyes1 who thinks I’m “sane.” Sshhh, don’t tell him, ok.

I read this Report you Know!!!!

The other change…well you just have to wait to hear what that is!! :rolleyes1 Muhahahaha (Is that a little EVIIIL coming out? ) pirate:

When I post my newest itinerary change, I’ll re-post my full itinerary with updates. There’s no point in posting it twice. I am so excited! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Hmm Again am I rubbing off on You!!!! EVIL!!! Hmmphh

Update….POSSIBLY….TONIGHT?...:confused3

:woohoo: An Update!!!

:thumbsup2

I guess no one's around because y'all must be on Disneydad's thread running amuck! But coming up is the post you've all been waiting (I hope) for!

Ok, I’m ready to spill the beans now!

READY?

Are you SURE?

I mean are you TRULY ready for what I’m about to say?

Well OKAY…

I BOOKED OUR FLIGHT!! :dance3:

And the coolest part is that we’re going to arrive at the Orlando airport at….

12:50 PM!! :woohoo: (This is the one that comes during the day for you am/pm challenged people…hehehe)

So that means we should be at our resort by 2 PM Orlando time! We’ll drop our carry-on bags off (assuming our room is not ready early by some miracle) and probably eat something. And we may even visit one of the parks…who knows! Now I have half a day to plan! Yes, I WILL plan it! (to an extent) I’ll let y’all know what we decide to do!

First, here’s our detailed flight info:
FLYING DELTA
-Direct flight :thumbsup2 to MCO (Orlando Airport) which leaves MSY (New Orleans Airport) at 9:55 AM---so we don’t even have to wake up at the crack of dawn! Arriving at MCO at 12:50 PM
And here’s the other cool part….
-Returning flight leaves MCO at 7:50 PM! :yay: So we don’t have to leave WDW property til almost 6 PM! :yay: How cool is that?!
-We do have an hour layover in Atlanta (arrive in New Orleans at 11:02 PM), but I’m hoping that we won’t get delayed there. I’m just really glad that we have a direct flight going TO DISNEY. Mike works the next morning after coming home, but he said this was fine with him. I guess he really likes Disney just as much as I do and doesn’t want to show it! After all, he IS the one that had the idea of going after I told him about free dining! Ahhhh
Just for that I will be nice and let him sleep on the plane/car ride home.

Well now that you know the itinerary….just how much did it cost for me to work out an extra umpteen hours at Disney? $160.00 ea. roundtrip…including tax! Not bad if I don’t say so myself. (The cheapest ticket we could’ve gotten with a direct flight to Disney would have been $148.00 and we would have gotten there after 6 PM on arrival day and had to depart at 8:30 AM on our last day! Now that I think about it, we would have had to wake up earlier than on our park days!)
A lot of people kept saying to fly Southwest but it would have cost us $160.00 per ticket BEFORE taxes and fees. Also was told to try Airtran…they had late flights flying in (and early going back) at the cheapest rate which still would have worked out around the same price as what we got with Delta (through Priceline BTW).

So I’m actually pretty happy we waited to book! :thumbsup2 Even though it made me nervous! I am just so excited that we get the MAXIMUM possible time in WDW! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Are y’all breathing a sigh of relief? I know you are! I know I AM! Well I’m actually breathing deeply from the excitement…but….LOL :lmao:

WOOHOOO!!! :woohoo:

Thanks for everyone who gave flight tips when I was still deciding what to do!

Up next….Updated Itinerary with 1st and last day’s changes (and the meeting time with Leger13 added in)

NEXT: UPDATE: New Itinerary w/flight info (1st and last days)

:rotfl: :rotfl: :lmao: :lmao: i just looked @ that on google. It's hillarious!! What a thing to get when you search for "slinky"!!

& the watermelon picture!? FREAKY!! :scared: :scared:

Maybe that pic comes up as the dog in Toy Story looked like that kind of and his name was slinky:confused3 :rotfl:

I am confuzzled....Isn't Disney only like a 7 hr drive from Georgia??

Since it is so close, are they flying on puddle jumpers??

I didn't see any mention of karen and the girls flying to Disney on your thread??:confused3

I guess not.....that would have ruined your update and then I would have been the one who was now Evil!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

well, I gotta get to sleep! Tomorrow morning I won't really be around because I am taking a CPR/AED course. It is the one I was supposed to take 2 weeks ago when the Red Cross guy didn't show up---maybe I will find out what ever happened to him.

FYI, AED = Automated External Defribrillator

I'm pretty tired so if I spelled it wrong please forgive me. I will fix it tomorrow. hehe

I get to shock people! yeah! :lmao: Well I think I get to shock a Dummy. But they're all the same. ;)

NITE! And hope you all feel better about my good news!

first of all, goodmorning everyone. If there's even anyone else awake on here besides me.

Maybe that pic comes up as the dog in Toy Story looked like that kind of and his name was slinky:confused3 :rotfl:

maybe. It's still funny.

Ok, I’m ready to spill the beans now!!

Thank Gawd!

That's so awesome that you're arriving @ WDW with enough time to enjoy some sights!! How cool!!

and :rotfl: on the explination of the am/pm thing.

So that means we should be at our resort by 2 PM Orlando time! We’ll drop our carry-on bags off (assuming our room is not ready early by some miracle) and probably eat something. great great greatness!! That sucks that Mike has to work the morning after you get home but that's good that he doesn't mind. I don't think I could work right after getting home...hence why we are coming back Saturday instead of Sunday. But, more power to him. You gotta do what you gotta do to get some Disney awesomeness in your life.

Well now that you know the itinerary….just how much did it cost for me to work out an extra umpteen hours at Disney? $160.00 ea. roundtrip…including tax! Not bad if I don’t say so myself. sounds like ya'll got a really good price too. See everyone? Waiting till the last min doesn't always mean you have to pay an arm and a leg.

that's also great that you got a straight flight from La to Fl...totally cool! The layover in atlanta shouldn't be too bad...as long as there's not a bad storm rollin' through I can't imagine why you'd be delayed. At least by that time you'll know that if you ever have any other lay overs in Atlanta you'll have someone to call and hang with! :thumbsup2 I only live about 25 - 30 min away from the Atl airport. :thumbsup2

anyways, lookin' forward to seeing the updated itenerary. and :yay: I'll be added!! I'm not gonna update mine just yet because i'm still waiting for my other plans to pan out. :headache: I wish we could hurry up and get an answer one way or another on this one thing. Hopefully by this weekend we'll know something.

Oh yeah! And I'm also glad to hear that Priceline worked out good for ya'll. Gotta love those $$$ saving web sites! :goodvibes Your welcome on the tips I gave ya while you were still making a decision. I hope I was able to help in some way.

You are one tricky girl!!

hahaha that's like when I was about to announce our DIS meet. She already had it figured out before I even posted it!

well, I gotta get to sleep! Tomorrow morning I won't really be around because I am taking a CPR/AED course. It is the one I was supposed to take 2 weeks ago when the Red Cross guy didn't show up---maybe I will find out what ever happened to him.

Hope your Red Cross guy shows up today. Have fun Defibulating ppl :lmao: It doesn't seem like it was two weeks about that that guy didin't show up. I guess time is just flying by now! which is awesome. :woohoo:
