Okay, so yesterday after work, I went to the chiroquacker, and my reg. dr. is on vacation so I had to see the other guy he just hired on, and first he made me wait like 30 minutes, then (mind you, I'm not hurting anymore...they just won't release me) he made my neck hurt! How much sense does that make...I go in feeling fine, I come out hurting?!
To continue the story, I finally make it to the tanning bed just before 6:30, home by 7, and Mike decides we really need to return the blockbuster movie and he wants to exchange a bike helmet he got the other day at
Walmart to a different color, then pick up something to eat and come home to pack and get what I need to get done. I am thinking "I have so much crap to do, and it looks like it's about to pour, but Okay, I can handle this and I'll get back in an hour to do what I need to do. So we are pulling out of the driveway, it starts pouring....and (we have a 70 foot long driveway) there's a car coming towards us looking like it's going to pull into our driveway...we can't PULL out of our driveway at this point because it's my cousin and our friend (who we haven't seen in a while---these are the ones that kicked my other friend out and she had to sleep at our house...hopefully that rings a bell). I am thinking "You have GOT to be KIDDING me!" So we have to back up towards the house. It's pouring at this point, and Mike can't back up all the way to the carport because our friends are blocking us. I still have bronzer from the tanning bed all over me, and I know if I get out in the rain the stuff will be dripping off of me...ewww. So he gets out and goes to talk to them under the carport...and I wait, and wait, and wait, and WAIT. I'm getting really annoyed at this point because I KNOW I have SO much to do because I was sick and had to put it off. What felt like 20 minutes passed and Mike finally comes back to the car and says we're going to eat at Tommys (a local pizza place). First of all, I'm thinking of all I have to get done, and that's pretty much out the window; Secondly, I am thinking that red sauce is not the best thing for my stomach right now while trying to get over these stomach issues; Thirdly, I'm dressed like a bum! Mike says that we have to go as a thank you thing for them watching the dogs....I'm thinking, Wouldn't that be afterward?
I just know I am stuck at this point. And trying not to stress out. Luckily it wasn't raining when we arrived at Tommy's. But the food took FOREVER, I ordered lasagna (and managed to eat some of it without getting sick) and she overcharged us on the bill. Then she says she can't find a manager so to just take the $3.00 out of her tip money....so we're thinking we can't stiff her, so we wait. It was only about 5 minutes (thankfully!) til the manager came and brought us the corrected bill. We paid it and got the heck out of there. And I didn't get home until almost 10:00!! Did I mention that's usually my bedtime? And that I NEVER eat past 9:00?! I still had to take a bath, and Mike was dead tired, so no umm....
...either.
Mike tried to make me feel better by saying HE could get all the stuff done....I said..You can't paint my nails. You can't shave my legs. You can't pack my bag....heck you can't even pack YOUR bag. You won't/can't make my LGMH's. You don't reallly know what's going on and didn't care up til this point as long as you made it to Disney...and NOW you want to offer assistance? "Just let me do it"
(Did I mention he also couldn't give me the time back so that I could say goodbye to Leger?
At least I will see her in 5 days!

Let's see..what else. I still have laundry folded on the couch, the trashcan is still outside (we had an ant attack and we were supposed to clean it out and bring it in last night), and the dogs nails aren't clipped.
I am seriously a little nervous about getting everything done in time. I don't think Mike understood how much I really needed that time last night to do everything. Just pray I get everything done!!
Did that make anyone's brain hurt? Sorry if it did!
