Oh yeah! I remember him giving Gary Coleman a lot of grief trying to get him to say "what you talkin' 'bout Willis?" and then TOTALLY went off about people wanting him to do his Vanilla Ice schtick.

He was even worse on The Surreal Life Fame Games. He's just mentally stuck at age 13

it's just us running amuck!! You could ask people to run amuck on your thread. The DISers that are on my thread and other's like Disneydad's and Cheri's will know exactly what you are talking about. Or you could start a movie trivia game like Trentmom has going on on her thread and like what I had going for a little while on mine. It's fun!

Money, money, money!

I just cashed out for another $25.00 Disney Gift Card at SR!! When I first joined I thought “well I guess I can try to make $25.00 before my trip” and never did I think I’d be bringing $125.00 in Disney money on my trip!

We’re having issues with the postal service, though, and I’m pretty ticked off about that. For some reason we haven’t gotten mail in 3 days! I am waiting for my other 2 gift cards to arrive…and I’m very anxious!

I spoke with my Dad last night, and I asked him about “stories” from past trips that I could tell. (I already told him about DISboards….and he actually DOESN’T think I’m crazy) I told him all the ones I had written about, and that I know there are probably more things, especially in the past, but I can’t think of them. First he said “well, we didn’t bring any old people last year, that’s the problem.” He thought of something from a long time ago---he told me that once upon a time…when I “wasn’t around,” he and my uncle (mom’s brother who was 16 at the time) were riding golf carts around WDW property. Well, my Uncle was a daredevil, and enjoyed trying to ride up the “slanted walls”--as my Dad described them. As he was doing this over and over, he ended up crashing the cart and dinged it all up. Dad said that the next year the price of renting the carts went up from 15.00 to about 50.00! LOL (not sure how accurate those amounts are but that’s what he said)

I can rustle some more stories up in the coming weeks (only just over 2 weeks left!)….stay tuned for those!

In the meantime, I am getting a little anxious, and starting to worry about having all my ducks in a row for this trip. I have a shopping list, which I probably need to get working on this weekend, and a to-do list, which I ALSO need to get started on. But I am worried I may be leaving some things out that I really need to be thinking about.
Okay, some questions:
1. I added my flight info to my reservation through Disneyworld.com. I already received my ME passes before I booked the flight. I just wondered if there’s anything else I need to do to be sure our ME ride is scheduled?
2. How do I access my printable flight tickets? (I ordered through Priceline.com) Will they send me something through email? (sorry, I’m a doofus and not experienced at flying)
3. I guess I should call to verify my reservation? Should I call the resort itself? (I’m assuming this would be a good idea)
4. Is there anything else I need to be doing to assure my vacation runs smoothly?

thats pretty funny what your uncle did to the golf cart at disney ahhhh the good ol' days. I didn't even know you could rent golf carts there. I'm sure lots of kids were probably doing that. They shouldn't of upped the price on the rentals...but instead taken a deposit to repair any damages in case they occured

id say confirm your ADR's but i know you've called so many times on those so i'm sure you've got them down.

i dont know how to go about getting your boarding passes from priceline. Maybe call the airline? The should have all that information by now and should be able to point you in the right direction.
