I have to confess something. After I wrote what I did about Biff's wing fear, it reminded me of a nice spring day when I walking in downtown Nashville on my lunch break. I was with two of my friends and not really paying attention. When all of a sudden, out of the corner of my eye, I see an ugly-Quinzo-rat-looking-like-thing next to my foot waiting to pounce!
(I don't know if Quinzo's is a national chain, but a couple of years ago, they had this commercial starring an inbred-looking-rodent-thing singing about how great Quinzo's is. Like that's going to entice me to eat there? Think again marketing gurus.)
Anyhow, this ugly-rodent-like-creature was about to bite my foot off. I did what any normal person in this situation would do...the crazy dance... because a wild and deadly beast was about to attack my foot. Of course, the people I was walking with thought I was insane. They didn't know why I was jumping imaginary hurdles.
Turns out, the ugly-rodent-looking-thing was a baby pigeon that had fallen out of a tree.
That thing had to be the ugliest wildlife I've ever encountered! Scared the wits out me...
So, I confess that I too have been scared on at least one occasion by a winged creature. I can relate to Biff, but I still think that picture is hilarious!
