In case you haven't read Pete's announcement at the top of the page, there is a tribute on the following link: www.wdwinfo.com

It does take a long long time to download.

It reminds me very much of the link Alan, the firefighter from Essex, gave us on the UK DIS last year, and the music is the same.

A heartwrenching compilation of photos.

That was very moving Shirley, it brings it all back to reality and puts a lump in your throat just thinking of the devastation that very sad day brought.

It is incredibly sad reflecting on the events of September 11th 2001. We lost 2 employees that day, which I know is a low number compared to some of the other companies and families caught up in the attacks, however it is still an awful thought. There is no escaping the pictures and footage that we are bound to be swamped with today in the media, and i find that the worst part. I can remember almost word for word what I said to my team when I heard the news. I remember because at the exact moment I found out, we were singing happy birthday to one of my collegues. It was a surreal moment, one I will never forget. I just hope all this madness will end one day and we can all feel safe again.
