Rolling Cooler?

Does anyone know if a soft sided cooler on wheels is allowed in the water parks?
Depends on how big it is, and no loose ice allowed:

  • Suitcases, bags, coolers or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm) are not allowed in any theme park or water park. Loose or dry ice is not permitted in these containers. Re-usable ice packs are recommended.

They are not allowed when larger than the size listed. Under that size they are allowed. The first thing that you circled refers to trailers towed by an electric vehicle.
No, please read it again. Is includes items pulled by a person.

A cooler with wheels is a ‘trailer line object’ as you pull it behind you and the description clearly states is cannot be pulled by a person.

A small cooler, without wheels that is carried is allowed if it is smaller than the size listed but the OP clearly asked about a rolling cooler pulled by a person. Such items are NOT allowed.

Prohibited Items

  • Any trailer-like object that is pushed, pulled or towed by an Electric Conveyance Vehicle, wheelchair, stroller or person.
Thank goodness! We have enough to watch out for with wild strollers and EVCs driven by novices to have to add draggable tripping hazards to the list.

I have personally be dropped to the ground by a rolling cooler. The person was pulling it behind them as they crossed through traffic, completely oblivious to any other guests. No way to see this cooler in the crowd and it took me down. Clearly they realized what they did because of a slight entanglement but they quickly rushed off without checking on me. The same hit and run has happened with wagons without the giant tents on top. And I am not moving quickly or running as I am walking with my DS who is disabled and not fast.

I wish Disney REFUSED entry to anything with wheels except strollers, wheelchairs and ECVs. No backpacks, no tote bags, no coolers and no wagons. Even when told they can not roll them they do it the minute they are past security, Security should make them take back to car or check them. They are a hazard.

AMEN!

Rolling suitcases can be lethal on the sidewalks of NYC. I've almost been taken out by many of them on my way to the theater. And don't even get me started on the people who put them on escalators from the subway when they're coming from the train station or airport.

Happened to me twice in one night leaving Epcot in the crowd and dark from rolling backpacks following Reflections of Earth many years ago. Stopped at guest relations to complain on the way out, but they seemed disinterested. Twisted my ankle and barely could make it to the bus stop and back to the room.
