Check out my new ticker!!!!! Ben had made the comment that he would like to go back & do Disney World every year. Well, that's all I needed to hear. I started figuring out school & work schedules & this would be the best time for us to go, June again!!!! Well, I can sweat at home or sweat at Disney & I MUCH rather sweat at Disney! These dates can change, but I was way too excited NOT to put the ticker up!!

Oh, Joni, I'm so sorry you had such a miserable ride! Not only was it super far but poor Shelby cried the whole time...poor baby and poor you and Ben! But, at least it sounds like boys were little angels.

Just started reading about your trip. I have always just read the reports but not posted anything. Im Lisa, love WDW, from Indiana, married 13 years, have 13 year old daughter and a 4 year old daughter. We are headed to POP July 21st through the 27th. Cant wait to hear more!

Nope, but taking extra time to stay a night so it's not a full drive!

Sounds like a good choice! We love driving to Disney, but it's only about a seven hour drive for us. Any more and I would probably need a half-way break to rest!

I hope she wasn't sick and that it was only her teeth! Praying the rain doesn't last! And what a GREAT pic you got of the sign!! And YAY for yearly trips!! It was like deja vu reading that--just like what Brent told me last year!! Whoo hoo!!

Ok, so when I left off, we had just crossed that big beautiful purple sign & I was screaming & crying while Ben & the boys thought I had completely lost my mind! So next is finding our resort!

And as we turn the corner, we see this!

So we park & I grab all my info, ID, etc & head off to check in. Now by this time it is 8 am. There was 1 person in the ENTIRE line! Other than that the desk was empty! From wall to wall, empty! So I am standing in the online check in area & a manager comes up & says to a CM, "this lady needs some help!" I was content to sit there & wait while they were busy. I know they had things to do, but apparently he wasn't having it. So this sweet elderly CM calls me to the desk. I give her all of my info, she goes over everything & leaves to "cut the keys". She returns with my welcome packet & buttons for Koby, Brady & Shelby. She hands me our KTTK. I then tell her that I know our rooms are not ready yet, but we have been driving all night & if there is a place where we can change & freshen up before we hit Epcot. She checks the computer & says with a huge grin, "Your room is ready & waiting on you & your family." OMGoodness! Are you serious?!?!?! I thank her profusely & then walk out to get Ben & the kiddos. I had already told Ben that we could not get in our room until 3 pm. So I get to the car, open the door & tell them that our room is ready for us!! We were in Calypso 1 room 1446. So we drive around to the Calypso 1 parking lot & begin to unload the car. I don't know why I did not get pics of the room number , guess I was too excited. So I call my MIL to tell her we made it & our room was ready & being the Disney nut, she was impressed! I insert the key in & open the door, to find this on our bed!

Now little miss cranky pants was very happy to be out of the carseat & be able to walk around! Here are pics of our room!

So we all begin to unpack, use the potty & get dressed.

Epcot here we come!!!!
