You have a month and a half to get new reservation, try not to let this ADR issue have that much control. Set up a TP reservation finder now and keep looking.

Touring Plan Reservation finder. If you google that you’ll see it come up. You have to make an account but it’s free. You can put in the restaurant and time you want and it will alert you if availability pops up.

yeah I just scrolled through my feed and I can't figure out where I saw the posts. I joined so many FB Disney groups I think it just got buried. If i see anything else pop I'll save the post and then PM you the name of the group.
 

I just spoke with a cast member about the ADRs I had modified that morning. She talked to her technical folks to get answers about what was happening with modified reservations since it wasn’t in the information that they had been provided with.

After talking with those folks, she said that it was a good sign that my reservations had not been cancelled yet as the cancellations have already started rolling out. She was able to modify one of the four reservations I had modified back to it’s original time because there was availability in the system. The other three she wasn’t able to help with but she said that because they hadn’t been cancelled yet and I hadn’t been contacted about them being cancelled that there was a chance they wouldn’t be.

She indicated that she had another person call today that had one of their reservations canceled (one they had added) and one they had modified that morning which was not cancelled- so maybe that’s a good sign that modified reservations won’t necessarily be cancelled.

She said there was still very limited information out there so there is still a chance that my reservations will be cancelled and that I should keep an eye on my account.

Also as an FYI, she said that there is another glitch in the system that is making it seem as if no reservation times are available for certain weeks. I think she also said that they weren’t allowing any new reservations for the upcoming week - but I may have misunderstood her. She also said that this upcoming week was the most affected by the glitch and they were reaching out and calling folks whose reservations were being cancelled and offering them gift cards.

She did say they were not doing any restorations (pulling back reservations that had been cancelled or changed). They are only able to utilize existing availability, which is reflected on the app due to the occupancy limitations.

Hopefully this information is helpful to some of you. The cast member’s best advice was to just be patient and keep checking. I know she was trying her best to be as helpful as she could be under the circumstances. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful despite having to relay difficult news.

I follow Kenny the Pirates page on Facebook, and several people there commented that they had already received $25 gift cards.

Thank you for the info! A little bummed because my reservations are this coming week and sounds like they are "most affected by the glitch" - hopefully when I wake up in the morning I still have CRT... everything else can be gone... just really wanted to the experience for my two youngest this trip... especially with so many other experiences not available. I've been charged twice (once for original reservation that I canceled though I never received a cancelation notice from Disney and once for the new reservation during the glitch... I guess because it was prepaid I couldn't modify it, had to cancel and rebook). I waited for an hour on the line about my refund and then hung up. Figure I can start fresh in the morning.
 
I was not on disboards Tuesday and that just happened to be my 60 day window morning, so I made a ton that day. Does this affect new reservations too or just those that were modified? Does anyone know? So far they are all still showing up.

I asked that question to someone who posted on the Kenny the pirate Facebook page. She said she got a phone call first. We are down next week and I just checked. All of my ADRs are still in my Disney app As of 7 AM this morning
 
I made quite a few reservations during the glitch for mid November through January 2nd and they are all showing up as of now. I wonder if they are going to wait on those that are further out and hope the the usual cancellations before the dates (if they don't re-release them) make it possible to seat everyone.
 
Saw this comment from someone on FB:

“I called today and was told anything after the 7th would not be cancelled and it was only reservations made for today and tomorrow.”

Someone else commented and said they were told the same thing. 🤷‍♀️
I could have sworn I read about people getting calls for their Thanksgiving week reservations. Surely this just means they would take a wait and see approach, and not that the reservations won’t get cancelled eventually. Crossing my fingers though!

This is what is so disturbing to me.... people have to rely on "sources" for information, some more reliable than others, for sure. But I don't want to play that game! I would like an official announcement and plan directly form Disney!

My first rescheduled ADR is next Tuesday so I guess I'll know more then... everything is still showing, nothing cancelled. But who needs the stress?!
