A Ton! Of reservations just opened up Nov-Dec!

So was there a glitch where it cancelled reservations that were made after a big drop like this morning? I didn't see that and went and modified all my and cancelled the old ones prior to seeing this! Now I'm afraid the new ones I have will be cancelled?

We'll just have to see... considering Disney IT's track record, I'm not very optimistic about this. I only changed one reservation, so I won't be devastated if it's another glitch.

So all of those people made just got cancelled? How long did it take? Hoping I didn't royally make a big mistake

Yes. There was a big glitch on 11/3. A bunch of reservations dropped/appeared, people made changes and many of those ended up being cancelled by Disney by the end of that week. Disney did give $25 Disney Gift Card per reservation that they cancelled. Anyone impacted is a little skeptical that this might be de ja vu today.

Skeptical is an understatement! That 11/3 was a HUGE mess and ruined a lot of people's Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. Considering I can't even check dining availability on MDE because it's unavailable is a red flag for sure.

At 3am I got a text from TP that Hollywood and Vine had a 12:10 on 11/12. I immediately went to make the reservation. Got the space mountain hold screen that many people were making reservations. Then I got the go to disneyworld screen. Eventually it booked the reservation. I think it may get cancelled, but I have been trying to rebook this since the 11/3 cancellation mess. This was the only one I couldn’t get back. Not a big deal if it cancels but nice if it doesn’t.

I got notification at the same time as everyone else for way too many Topolino's reservations... Slept through them and are now gone... But this seems very similar.

On the safe side, I only made new reservations - didn't cancel old. Our dates are for 11/12-11/15. I'll post the old ones on the coordinate to cancel thread (before I cancel them)... if the new ones hold.

I'm just glad I snagged our CRT back last evening so hopefully it is permanent... I saw better times, but NO WAY!

So sad that I slept through my alert and missed out on a Topolino’s breakfast! I was also caught up in the infamous glitch. As others have said, seems fishy given the sudden availability and issues with accessing app and website now. It’s been spotty for sure.

Got alerts for Dec 1 Topolino's dinner at 3:50 am. Knew what the ding was so I woke and grabbed them. Do we think this was a snafu IT issue like on Nov 3? I may keep my Nov 29 Topolino's until we know for sure.

I did grab both alerts last night, one for 6:20 and one for 7:45 until I could discuss with DH this morning. He wants the 6:20 so I will drop the 7:45 for 4 at Topolino's dinner if anyone here wants it. On Dec 1.

I got CRT back for dinner on Friday.... YAY!!! Thanks to everyone for the encouragement to stay positive. I was searching every 5 mins or so - Mouse Watcher link popped up and took me straight into the payment/select guest screen. Worth the $5!

I would, at least for a couple of days.
Also, *just in case* what I'd also do is be ready with alerts set up for your same time. I was caught up in the last ADR fiasco (leaving WDW today ). I had alerts set once I learned of the glitch and the moment mine got canceled, I got the alert and grabbed the main one back. Thankfully I was taking a water break at MK when it came through or I would have missed it, lol. The new ADR held

I grabbed several that I lost last week between 1:30am-3:30am this morning. I can tell you for me this was way different than last week though. This time I got maybe 8 or 9 notifications over 2 hours. Last week I got well over 100 in rapid fire. But I didn't cancel anything to get these and have realistic expectations this time around. But seriously, if they cancel again I'm gonna lose it....

I made back up on a different MDE...praying some don't get cancelled as I didn't read this entire thread and was clueless to glitch and cancelled all the ones I had after I was thrilled I got perfect reservations!
