Brooke - just had to tell you what happened to me this afternoon. I went grocery shopping, which was right across the street from McDonalds and the coveted Shamrock Shake. After shopping, I hopped into the drive thru line, practically salivating in anticipation. As I approached the speaker, I saw it, on the sign..."Try Our Shamrock Shake"! Oh yes, I plan on it! I got to the speaker, ordered my Shake, and then...


"Sorry, we don't have shakes."
"Umm, but it's right here on your sign..."
"No shakes today."

DENIED! With no time to drive across town to the other McDonalds!

Oh well. I'll try again tomorrow. Because now I am obsessed...I NEED that Shamrock Shake!!

Loved the last two updates! You're making me feel better and better about a Christmastime trip... the crowds were there but not as bad as you would think!

The parade video was wonderful and Henry with the "stolen" ice cream was just precious!

The crowds did look thick at CHH- I'm amazed at how quickly you got through the line and that there were still empty tables. Would you believe I've never eaten there? And how adorable is Henry on the bench??

Great updates. I loved seeing the Christmas parade pictures from the day time. The only time I've seen that parade was at a MVMCP. It really makes a difference.

Having to drag myself away to tend to my own children - pick one up at dance, drop one off at volleyball, catch up on these amazing Olympic games..but I will be back to finish catching up tonight. I am on page 35 but have skimmed through alot of the comments or I would still be back on page 20 i am sure. Your TR's are so popular that there is soooo much to read.

Another great update! Henry's ice cream face was great!

I don't think I have had or seen a Shamrock shake in my part of the country since I was a kid. My sister and I are always on the look out for the Orange flavored one.

I googled Shamrock shake and actually saw that website where people post shake sightings! Hilarious!I think many people in our country have way too much time on their hands. Wait, I guess that means me, too, since I am the one who googled it!

Date night in Disney

BTMRR is my favorite MK ride--I don't do Space Mountain

The queues at Disney are much better than any other theme park!! And the FP system--so fantastic! When we have to wait in line, at least there are things to look at and talk about at various points along the way.

The castle is just gorgeous this time of year!

I am glad Henry recovered from all the sickies!!

Mickey's house!!! Now funny--my DD would be sorely disappointed. Not that she does not like the main Mouse and his Lady but she is partial to her princesses.

I hope we have your mojo with waiting in lines with DD--how nice Henry did!!

Keens! I LOVE my Keens!! Did you find they were comfortable for you? I am planning those as my main park shoes.

"more of that Mommy" how cute!! My DD asked me for ice cream this morning--at 10:45. I have a feeling that ice cream is going to be a main treat for us during our visit in blazing hot September. Gotta use up those snack credits!!

We saw the HoP this time; I haven't seen it for years so it was nice to go in and see it again. I can't remember the "before" either, but I thought it looked very nice!!

I LOVED your parade pictures!! I need to stay at more parades the next time I go. I usually am with people who don't like to sit still so we don't often see parades or fireworks. But that one looked great!!

And Henry could not be any cuter with his Mickey bar....I don't blame him, I wouldn't want to share either!!

And WOOT WOOT for Shamrock Shakes!!!
