Yes, Katholyn, he is older. She was 14 and he was 19 at the time. That is a felony.

It may not go to trial. Who knows! I have calmed down some and realize that the judicial process is ....... well...... a process. It is an ongoing series of actions that can take a quick turn at any time.

It was just quite a shock to see it in writing!
