Every time EVERY time I get a room on Disney Property it rains OR every time Ed & I make a plan it rains Sooooo considering the weather radar and the down pour right outside my window, the fact that 2 parks out of 4 close by 7 and the place is crawling with cheerleaders, dance groups, whatever, Ed is staying home and I will....who knows

I did meet Ariana, her Mom and her SIL/BIL this morning for breakfast and plan a quick re-meet later but that's it

Fingers crossed for 10 days from now when Ed plans to come up...again...this time I will NOT be making any reservations ....I had to promise him

It would not have been a fun night. It took the front only 5 to get down to me. Also would not have been fun driving in that mess. It was raining when i go up this morning. Next time there will more time to have fun.

Hi Ruthie! I'm finally back on the DIS after my trip. So sorry I forgot to text you Friday night so we could meet up on Saturday. Friday was a bit of a stressful day with my Mom getting sick and I totally forgot I was supposed to text you. We had a great time other than the 4 family members that went down with a stomach bug. I was lucky enough to miss out on that fun.

I need to send you an e-mail soon as you can probably see I have a new ticker! We need to plan a little better for a meet this time since I will have only one companion on the trip.

Going to New York in April see Aunt Mary Cousins DD DSIL and DGS...how the heck did he become a teenager so fast ??? Haven't seen anyone in 3 years plane tickets bought no stopping me now !![ Thank you God thank you O/T hours thank you Southwest for non-stop flights and a great R/T price !! $218. TOTAL

Southwest was the only way I got home to KY when I first moved down to AL from KY. In fact, I think they were the last airline I flew on.

Glad to see you all here I have one more shift to work ( tonight ) and then I am off for 24 hours I know that doesn't sound like much but I've been working double shifts for quite a few days/weeks now and to me 24 hours seems like a vacation

So here is THE plan: Tomorrow Ed & I lunch at Rain Forest AK then we want to catch Mickey's Jammin Jungle Parade He hasn't seen it & its a favorite of mine and sadly it is ending in June I believe In between I hope to catch a few characters but not holding my breath since we will get a late start AND the whole FP + thing may effect us I don't know if characters are even a FP + thing yet, but we're not eligible yet to pre-plan so who knows

Then off to EPCOT I know Ed wants to photograph Illuminations, I couldn't care less about that MY goal is finding a great hand soap in Italy that is made with olive oil that I got a few years ago and finally ran out...I hope its still there... then call Aunt Mary from there ( always a tradition to call her from Italy makes us both laugh) and then on to China Since its the Year of the Horse I am determined to find something ..maybe another shirt

Sun Mon and Tues I work but Wed Thurs and Fri I have off that's when I plan to FINALLY finish the Nov/Dec report fill you in on all I have been doing since then and tell you all that is going on in the next few months

I will absolutely answer personal replies on my days off and I LOVE you my Dis Family for being here for me.....even when I wasn't

Oh no, the AK parade is being discontinued? I was not aware of that and I've never seen it. AK is not in the plans for the short weekend in May so I guess I'll never see it now.

I actually knew it was Year of the Horse because our shelter is using that as the theme this year to raise money for a small barn. We get a lot of livestock in and have no where to house them so a barn has become necessary. They also did a Lantern Ceremony for a fundraiser but I missed that as it was on 2/15 when I was coming home from Disney.

I still owe you an e-mail with my plans for May. I've almost got them finalized so I will get it too you very soon.

What a great idea for the shelter fundraiser are you selling anything with The Year of the Horse on it ? Not only because of Maxine of course but I was born in one of the years...1954 which by the way New Ticker REVEAL :

Ed + Ruthie + plans = Rain I wouldn't be surprised Ever see those Mickey shirts where he looks like he is made out of lightning ? I think we need to get those shirts either way we are going I just hope the "unlucky two " doesn't cause a parade rain out

We were talking this morning about eating at Rainforest for lunch. Ruthie lets me know that we had a "reservation" for 1pm. I get back to work and then decide to look at the radar. low and behold another cool front with a wide band a rain is a few hours north of Orlando and heading there

I have heard the parade is stopping in June sometime because of the construction of Avatarland.

And tomorrow the front will have passed thru so we will have good weather I love the illuminations show. this trip I will be shooting a few other things but for Illuminations it is just enjoying the show.

Hope to be up by 7 and functioning and driving shortly there after
