That is true! And one thing I do like about Halloween is the Haunted Houses and scary movies and stuff that come out that time of year. I really like all that stuff. I think it's just the idea of cold and dressing up that used to get me. I haven't dressed up in years though, so I don't know why it still bugs me.

I still have 125 days left!!! Time needs to go faster!!! Maybe this weekend I will start making the 100 day calendar I wanted to make like 3 months ago. I went through all that work and nervousness, stealing those Mickey paint samples from Home Depot, and haven't even touched them yet.

I remember when we had 125 days!! It goes much faster than you might think.

EEEP! They announced the Trick or Treat Party information! I am so excited. It's going to to be on Fridays and Tuesdays. And apparently you can only see the fireworks if you have tickets.

Well the Tuesday that we are there is my 30th birthday, and I am not getting kicked out of Disneyland at 6 on my birthday! So I am getting the 4 of us tickets. This is going to be one great birthday. Breakfast with Stitch and Mickey in the morning, and a Halloween party in the evening with fireworks! I am so excited.

I know it probably won't happen, but you don't think all the annual pass holders will snatch up all the openings do you?

Wow they announced that early. I am sure that you can see the fireworks from outside the park but not with the music.

Sounds like a good day to me! I would be sitting outside in it if we had it! Until the bugs started coming around. Two weeks ago we were out on my mom's deck enjoying the sun, but there was a huge bee that kept coming around. I know bees will die if they hurt you, but after 2 hours of it flying around, i had to go inside! That was my limit!

The first one I ever saw was the Beauty and the Beast one when we saw Star Wars Episode 2 in the IMAX.

I am allergic to bees so I would be so freaking out!! It isn't a major allergy but still, and when I was like 4 years old I was stung on the lip by a bee and the very next day I got stung again on my lip. Ever since then I am chicken when it comes to them.

I have no reason. I just am. Always have been. I hadn't been stung until last year I got stung in the palm of my hand by a wasp, while I was holding an $800 camera. I was so close to dropping it! Not because it hurt, but because there was a wasp sitting in my hand! I think it grossed me out first, THEN it hurt.

Ouch. We went camping one time and every time we sat down to eat the yellow jackets arrived. My oldest daughter was about 11 years old and they would not leave her alone. She was deathly afraid of them the poor thing. We finally went the hardware store and got traps for them. It was awful.

Yeah that was me up in Canada. We do get snow in the spring almost every year, but not this much and not usually this late in the year. It's all gone now though. It was actually gone by the next day. We still haven't had much sun though.

I have a little bit of good news. I will have enough hours built up to take 3 extra days off, plus my holiday week. So we will be able to head to Calgary on Tuesday night, then leave Wednesday morning instead of leaving in the wee hours of Wednesday night. That means we don't have to rush as much to get there so we can have a full day in the parks for Friday. This means we will probably also stop somewhere to get a little sleep. Not too much, but some at least. So I am pretty excited that we can have a bit more time to get there.

What I am not so excited about, is the fact that my iPhone stopped working just as we were getting to the Nickelback concert last night. If it had stopped even just 2 hours earlier, we would have been able to take it to the Apple store to get it looked at. But no, just before the concert! Ugh! So now I am going to have to wipe it, which will erase all my pictures, ringtones, contacts, apps, and whatever else I have on it. It sucks, but hopefully I can at least get it working again. It's better to have it back and start from scratch, then to go out and get a new phone. All I can afford right now is a cheap flip phone if I want to go on this trip!

By the way, the concert was amazing. I have seen Nickelback six times now, and they seem to get better and better everytime. So good that I can not pass up a chance to get tickets every time they come around! They just blow me away. For about 15 years, Oasis has been my favourite band (bands are big for me, I love music, I always like to have favourites) but now that they have broken up, I can move them aside a bit and I am going to offically say Nickelback is my fave. They are just so amazing.

Well I am starting to repeat myself in my rambling, so I am going to stop for now!

How wonderful that you have those extra three days. It will make everything better.

That sucks about the iPhone. What a sucky time for it to happen. But, even though you have to reload everything at least you can.

I like a lot of different groups. I think my favorite is Green Day.

I enjoy Green Day also. We saw them last summer and managed to grab front row by racing there once we got in the doors. It was our goal and we made it! Lol. They are a really fun band also.
