I just wanted to come back on and say what an awesome job this little girl did on her podcast!!!

I listened to it twice. The first time, Trent was talking to me about I don't remember what (probably food), so I was trying to be the good mother and pretend I was listening to him, while I was trying to hear Nicole at the same time. Since I knew I had missed a lot, after he left to go to the Y, I played it again.

Nicole, you're a natural at this. You sounded competent and you didn't stammer, stutter, give short answers that left the guy hanging...none of that. I think you ought to do them more often, maybe not just about your trips, but just about general Disney tips and talk.

Anyway, I just wanted to say that you did not just an adequate job, but an excellent job.

I'm looking forward to hearing about your next trip, of course.
Then again, that'll mean mine will have been long over, so maybe I should just be happy to be patient.

Two months from today, we'll be back in our happiest place!

I believe we'll be headed to Epcot on this day - Soarin', Track Testin', Imaginatin', Country Hoppin'. There's not a much better way to spend a summer day. We can't wait!!

I think if they are still offering bounce back I'm going to book a trip for me and my mom during christmas time (end of Nov. early Dec.)

That will be a lot of fun for you and your mom. I love it when Jill and I do mother-daughter trips. Our Disney style is the same, so we're all about getting up early, no complaining, go with the changes, etc. No whiny boys around! If you come Thanksgiving week, we'll be there.

Thanksgiving is looking like this, as of now:

Trent and I and maybe Drew will be driving down Friday night before Thanksgving, stopping over at Perry, arriving at All Star Music Saturday a.m.

Kristi and her mom are most likely flying down on Saturday.

All of the above will be leaving by Wedesday.

Jill, John, and Brooklynn will arrive Wednesday, or if they can work it out - Tuesday night.

Jill, John, Brooklynn, and I will be flying back home Sunday.

In case you didn't notice the common denominator - I'll be there the whole time as all of my troops roll in and out. I am hoping we can possibly overlap on Tuesday night, although it would have to be late - before the first group leaves and after J, J, and B show up. That would be great, but the timing is all going to have to fall exactly right for that to happen.

If you can get there by the 30th, we're on for a meet! We'd love to meet you and your mom in person!!!

I've got my phone ready to 'travel' to NY tomorrow. Trent started putting new ringtones on for me last night.

We've gotten this far:

Trent is Hakuna Matata.
Kristi is Under the Sea.
Drew doesn't have a cell phone, because he would lose it the first day he had it! His calls are always from home or from friends' phones.

When he has time, we're going to add You've Got a Friend in Me for two of my friends that call most often, Jack Skellington's This is Halloween for another teacher who is all about Jack Skellington, and something unknown as of yet for all miscellaneous calls.

I'm pretty happy about all this. Trent made fun of me the whole time he was doing it, but he did it. He's a good boy!

So I have to share with you all the conversation David and I had this evening. I didn't spill or provide any information, but it was fun. It started out about Grand Theft Auto IV. A few weeks ago, I ordered a Playstation 3, and GTA to be mailed to my house, it's been sitting there sealed, and David has been ordered not to touch either until I come home and we open it together. After talking about how cool the game is, David said "I'm going to break the rules and open your Playstation and play it right now!"

Nicole: I'll break your face!
David: Yeah but then the jokes on you because you'll have to walk the streets of Disney alone!

As we were talking I was posting to the pool thread, so my next IM isn't as random as it seems!
