The Queenie has announced that her kingdom is in need of redecorating in a new "Beautyful" pin theme and since production of whatever they produce in CT (I can't even guess, LOL) is down, she must impose a Tax on her Royal Court Jesters err Members.
Please send a dollar a month and she will send you a picture of what decoration you "sponsored". 60 cents can feed her postage addiction for a week!
As for the "Death" part, don't make me put your name on my list ahead of schedule, pay your taxes!
