Well you would think we would be arriving later to the parks as the days go on but no we arrived at 8:30am to Disney/MGM Studios, a 1/2 hour before park opening. They had the Hollywood Blvd. open, so went and ate breakfast at the Starring Rolls Bakery, everything was good but the coffee, my mom thought it was horrible tasting. By the time we were done it was time to follow the crowds into the Sunset area, that was crazy, I thought by the size of the crowd then that the rest of the day would be very crowed but it wasn't too bad. I went and got FP for Rock N' Roller Coaster and then we went and stood in line for the Tower of Terror. This was just being built on my last visit, so I was looking forward to riding this because I had heard so much about it. I just thought it was going to go up and drop. I had no idea there was a little ride. They had really cool effects. I kept bracing my self for the fall and it kept on going, so when it did finally fall I was glad. The drops are not scary at all after the first one but they are fun. I then went over the RNRC, I went by myself because my mom can't take fast moving things that got upside down. This ride sounded close to Space Mtn. At Disneyland Paris, so I already knew she couldn;t take the ride from what I heard because she got sick at DLP after SM. I was a little disappionted I think, the take off is great but the ride is too short. Its alot of fun and I used my moms FP, so I rode it twice in row. This was the only ride I had to really wait in line while using FP. After taking that in we looked at the stores along Sunset Blvd. and then went and got FP for the Little Mermaid. I think thats the way to see that show because it has such limited seating and this guarantees you a seat as long as you get there in time. We took in the Great Movie Ride while we waited for the Mermaid show. This is great ride, I didn't remember anything about it from before, this I think is must see at MGM. This I believe was our longest wait of the day at a little over a 1/2 hour. The LMS was great, those actors on stage must get tired from all the running around they do. After that we took the Backstage pass tour, I wanted to see the Home Improvement sets, that was a highlight, Its amazing just how fake it looks in real life, when it looked real on TV. The rest of the tour was ok. We then took the tour, that was great like always, it seemed shorter then it use to. Maybe because they moved it, I know it didn't use to start there.
Then we watched the Muppet 3-D, which wasn;t too crowded. and then we watched or heard I should say Sounds Dangerous with Drew Carey. We both loved this! This is in the top 10 fav things at WDW! Really enjoyed it, it just amazed me. Talk about your imagination playing with you. There are little booths on the way out that offer the same feelings again, which we enjoyed too! Don't skip this if you go. I then got my pic with the bust of Walt Disney, this a great photo place with Walt, not as nice as the one at MK but not as many people either.
We then went to lunch at the 50's Prime Time Cafe. I made PS for this, so we were seated pretty quick. Unfortunatly I can't tell you what a great time we had here because really we didn't. This was not much diffrent then going to any other resturant. Our "Mom" I guess must have been too busy for us or our section. She rarely was ever there. She took our roder

Well somehow I hit the post button accedently. Oh well so to get on with the story, the only times we saw her were to take out order, a quick check up, and to give us our bill. She never really once interacted with us. We had other people that brougt out food out and took out plates away, so no clean plate award for us. So just don't get all your hopes up for this restaurant because it could be a let down for you like it was me. My mom enjoyed it because she had no idea what to expect. I was at least expecting some sort of interaction or getting in trouble for something. After that I walked on to Star Tours using FP. Didn't really need it, no line. Then we watched the Hunchback show, which was great. Not my favorite, I think I enjoyed the theater in round that they had a Disneyland with Hunchback more then this one. They had good singing though. Then on to Animation, great time to go because most people were standing in line for Fantasmic. I really enjoyed the tour except the people that would talk while the animator was speaking. Hard to hear him as it was. If you go soon, check out the Atlatis toys sitting on one of the animators desks towards the end of the room. That was cool to see! I like pretty much everything about this tour, it was enertaining! Then I went on TOT again, I enjoyed it more then time because I enjoyed the ride insteading of trying to figure out when we were going to drop. There was still about an hour before the 9pm Fantasmic, so we went and shopped and came back about 15 before 9 and got great seats for Fantasmic, so I would say don't waste your time witht the 7:30 Fantasmic if they offer two shows. I wasn;t worried about seeing it anyways since I had seen it a number of times at DL. I didn;t think it was worse then DL. sure they don;t have the big boats but it was still a great show and you got to sit down, what a nice thing at the end of the day! Well after the show, we shopped for a few more things. I love those Mickey statues that you can get personalized, not bad at only $25! I was surprised that they were only that much. Well that was the end of a 13 hour day! And tommorrow only gets longer! I guess I better get some sleep ;)

Another great Disney day for you and your mom. Thanks for posting!
