I'm not as big on writing reports as I am on reading them but just a couple of quick observations.....
Check into ASMu 10/10 for 1 quick night haven't been here since 5/98. Was nice to see again. My favorite value.
10/11-10/13 Checked into POFQ, this hotel is very quiet & beautiful somehow I feel like I missed more that I should have.
Would stay here again!
10/13-10/16 Stayed at the Poly as a result of an add on to DVC( may have never stayed otherwise). I have to tell you this resort is absolutely now my favorite. If you have the opportunity to stay here do yourself the favor and indulge!
10/16-10/18 Was supposed to go home on this day but couldn't bring ourselves to leave the magic of Disney. Tried to get 2 more days at the Poly but was too expensive so we stayed 2 days at the WL. We are very glad we did this resort is beautiful as well.
On this trip we tried the following,
50's Prime time- (Dinner) awesome food, great fun, definately need a sense of humor here.
SciFI dine in- (Dinner) nice place, food ok, kids enjoyed it more than the adults.
Whispering Canyon- (Breakfast) made the PS last minute after hearing the ruckus from our hotel room every morning. Was not disappointed. You need to make sure you are not nursing a hangover as this place is loud! But lots of fun. Made sure the kids ordered ketchup!
We also purchased the tickets for MNNSHP, I have to say it was worth every penny. Able to trick-or-treak, walk on most ride without any wait and view the parade no problem. WE only missed the fireworks, they tell us a witch starts them in place of tink.
Oh one other thing we did this vacation, we rented mouse boats around the lagoon. For an hour it cost about $30.00 and was so much fun.
We had a great time and do not regret any of our choices. I think we will try to go again this time next year because of the MNSSHP and the low crowd capacity.
