are there lots of people in disneyworld on the last week of august?thanks

Most Florida schools have started up by the last week of August. We just went to Disney last year in late August and the crowds were very manageable. The heat is still a concern, but the crowds have thinned down. You can still expect some wait time for popular rides (about 15 - 20 minutes), but if you use Fastpass effectively, you will hardly ever wait for a ride.

I recommend late August from personal experience! Good luck!

We went last year and the crowds were great. The weather was a little more rainy than we expected(much more than the typical afternoon shower), but we are going again this year. Obviously we liked that week.
