a question....

I booked my may trip through disney directly. Gave a deposit and then paid it off about a week later.

My question is, isnt there some sort of "welcome" type packet they send? I received a confirmation in the mail that my deposit was paid, but its been a couple weeks since I paid it off and Ive received nothing.

I think I read something about a free pin or something, and Im just wondering if that meant I should expect a packet. Ive also seen others talk about luggage tags and such.

how long does it take to get this?

You will get the luggage tags with your documents when they come to you. Which should be about 30 days prior to travel. You will only get the luggage tags if you booked a package not just room only. The pins you will receive upon check in at your resort! You may receive a little purple paper welcoming you to your resort and it tells a little about the parks..etc.
