You can now checkin for your originating and connecting flights starting 12:01 am, the day of your flight. I usually stay at Disney & I usually go down to the hotel's front desk and let them check me in and print out our boarding passes. All you need is your confirmation numbers to do this. It makes it easier for you to take your flight itinerary with you down to the desk. Everything they need is on there.

Will the front desk staff at PBH be able to do this for DH & I next month?

i've never been to PBH but i am sure that there is somewhere that you can access the computer and print boarding passes. why not try and call the front desk or concierge. i'm sure that could tell you. i believe another poster said that there was a small fee when they did it at concierge at another hotel.
