A question about quickbook.com

Hello everyone,

I am going to stay at the Residence Inn LBV North in Oct. I was checking the rates on quickbook and they are very good. The problem is I have a $100 Marriott gift certificate I want to use. Will this be impossible if I use quickbook (ie, is full payment in advance required)? Thanks!

Quickbook only charges you if the hotel requires it. I've used them twice, my credit card was used to guarantee payment but wasn't charged until I checked in. I'm assuming the certificate isn't some time of promotion that doesn't apply to discounted rates.
