A question about extra magic hours at Epcot!

I see that often, future world closes at 7:00PM and World Showcase closes at 9:00PM! Are the extra 3 hours tagged onto future world or world showcase?
Will the park close at 10:00PM or 12 midnight?
*Also, are the rstaurants opened later as well?

The park will close at midnight.

Unfortunately, when we were there in June not all the restaurants or exhibits are open.

Thanks for the reply! I became confused when I looked at the October schedule on the DisHome and it highlighted in green(Extra Magic Hours) the hours for Future World and not World Showcase!

I'm interested in this as well. Would be interested to hear if any shops or restaurants or pavillions are open during EMH.
