if eeyore is a boy donkey then why does he have a pink bow on his tail? just wondering?

Piglet is secure in his masculinity! Real men wear pink.

We think Eeyore's bow is really light red.

They are metrosexual. They are confident in their maleness.

metrosexuals didn't exsist back in the early 1900's when pooh and friends were first thought up. i like the idea.

Pooh, being a bear of little brain, was allowed to the laundry one day. He washed his red shirt with Eeyore's then white bow...and voila....Eeyore is now stuck with a pink blow...hence his depression.

And Piglet being the one that always ends up in a predicament thanks to Pooh, ends up falling in to the wash and comes out permanently PINK.

and.....pink is the new "in" color for men. There was an article about that specific subject in today's paper here in Jersey :bitelip:

Have you seen Pooh's Heffalump Movie? Rabbitt answers his door one morning wearing a fluffy pink bathrobe and with his ears rolled on pink curlers. :rolleyes1

I believe that Rabbit, Eeyore, piglet, and Tinki Winki of the Telletubbies all live in the same condo complex in West Palm Beach don't they?

Hey, I take offense in that! LMAO (west palm beacher here)

I must admit that those Pooh characters are a bit off, i've seen Rabbit carrying a purse too...

Now you are just looking for trouble aren't you? :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

An explanation may be that 100 years ago baby colors were bright pink for boys and soft blue for girls. Bright pink was big, striking, lots of personality, whereas soft blue represented quiet, subdued and calm. Glad it switched eventually.

I read this somewhere on the internet when I was expecting 5 years ago.

:earseek: :confused3 :earseek: Piglet is a boy? :faint: I never knew.

lol, I just asked SO and she said doesn't she has a males voice. Oh my, the confusion, how could I have not known?

and don't you think Bambi is an odd name for the prince of the forest?

my guess is that at some point Pooh put it on him.
