Love the T-shirt. Where did you find T-shirts for $2.50?

Michael's was having a sale (might still be going on) - the basic t-shirts were 2 for $5. I bought the iron on transfer paper for $9.99. It came with 10 sheets. I was able to upload my image to their website and then print it on the paper.

Love the t-shirts. Wish I could get my DH to wear matching t-shirts. Maybe I can come up with a Mickey in a Mustang. He might agree to that.

We always try to go and make it relaxing and never do. Even on those day trips.

I did quite a bit of planning for our trip over the weekend. The boys and I watched the planning DVD and learned about the new Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure. This sounds so cool!! We're all very excited to try it out.

This definitely caught my eye on the planning DVD as well. We are really looking forward to trying it! You'll have to let me know how your boys like it!

I think we'll be able to get him on all of them except for Tower of Terror. Neither of us wants to go on that one.

LOL!! I LOVE Tower of Terror...this year we want to try it in the dark!

I also went to touringplans.com and started working on our plans for each park day. I love how much info are on those sheets! We're not going to have a strict plan to follow, but just have the attractions listed that we want to do, etc. Chuck really wants to relax more on this trip so I shall try to reign in my typical military-style techniques.

Good luck with that!! Some habits die hard! LOL!

Very Cute!! I'm trying to avoid white but with the colors on the DISign I may have to concede. I'm hoping to find a baseball type shirt with a white body and colored sleeves. Was it difficult to print out the design on the transfer paper?

I did quite a bit of planning for our trip over the weekend. The boys and I watched the planning DVD and learned about the new Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure. This sounds so cool!! We're all very excited to try it out.

We've decided to focus on attractions we haven't done before on this trip, but to also include our favorites of course. Sully really wants to try all of the big thrill rides and between Chuck and I - I think we'll be able to get him on all of them except for Tower of Terror. Neither of us wants to go on that one.

I also printed out the list of items that can be purchased with snack credits and menus of the CS places we plan to eat at. I intend to try to figure out ways to best use our credits for breakfast and lunch.

Lastly, I was able to purchase the items needed to make our shirts and actually got around to making them. I'm not happy with how Sully and Owen's came out so I'll be redoing those. Thankfully the t-shirts only cost $2.50 each.

The flowers are pretty too! I also got flowers and some chocolate covered strawberries. I loved my flowers, but DH was pretty upset when he seen them...apparently he paid a lot more than what he thought they were worth. It was a small arrangement, but it a very nice red bowl vase. Ithink the container was the main cost..not the flowers.

Your shirts look great too! I wish that I had time to do something like that, you'd think with only one kid, I could manage...but No, too much working time, and when I get home...DS demands my attention. But that's ok, b/c one day he'll be old enough to help...right now we are just enjoying our demanding two year old


I am actually at home today. Sick! I was in too much pain to go to work today, so I am laying in the bed on the internet. Right now the pain is under control, but that doesn't last long. I won't give any details of the problem...

Not at all! Quite simple really.

The biggest thing is getting the picture to print a mirror image so when you iron it on, it'll look right. I bought Wilton Easy Image T-shirt Transfers and with their instructions was a website (www.wiltoneasyimage.com). It tells you in the instructions that when you go to print your image, choose the light fabric option so it'll print the mirror image. So, that's what I did and it came out great. You can use their images or upload your own.

I know I have a lot to do still. I sit down to order us some shirts this morning, then I didn't go through the check-out process, b/c I thought..I would keep looking..well I need to be making some purchases soon!

I also need a bag for the parks. DS will still be in diapers, so it has to be fairly big. I have thought of an idea that I could keep a few diapers and wipes in the bottom of the stroller in a ziploc, then I'd only have to carry a small bag on the rides with my personal stuff and camera in it. I don't think anyone would take the diapers!! We have always left EVERYTHING in the stroller...with no problems, but if you read most threads, some folks have had stuff go missing, even entire strollers.

Nope. All four of our choices last time were denied. We put in four new choices last week and if none of these are accepted I'm not sure what's going to happen. I have heard quite a few people are having to stay where they're at due to budget cuts. And that would be fine for us - just tell us already!

Happy belated Valentine's Day! Purty flowers....

I have to admit, I convinced dh a long time ago to buy me grocery store flowers since we have a bunch of pretty vases, and it is so much cheaper that way. I was happy with my purple tulips and cute little box of chocolates (tho dh was embarrassed that most of the inside was plastic, and only 3 pieces of chocolate!) Dh and ds made a heart-shaped pizza for dinner, and I made lasagna too since one pizza won't feed all 4 of us.

Our big splurge was a Wii - not for V-Day, but because ds had 5 days off for President's Day plus conferences, and Spring Break coming up. It's not really quite making up for not going anywhere, but sooo much cheaper than any of our getaway ideas, and it is getting ds exercising.

Thank you for this, my dear. I went to Michael's today and the T-shirts were still on sale and I got transfer paper for $9.99, too. I got green shirts instead of white, so I got the transfer paper for dark fabric.

I know, it's actually surreal not doing diapers anymore. I mean it's been over 9 years non-stop of changing diapers!! It's been a big part of my life! LOL!! I did have a very, very short moment of feeling a little sad about it...not IT but what it represents. I got over it fast though.

I hear ya, I don't like the way the drops make my stomach feel either. But I wanted to do ToT to see the theming, so I did it the one time. I have no plans of doing it again anytime soon, but I'm so glad I did it once!

I'll look for that KP video...
