Welcome!!!!!!!!!!

A Dis'er for a few years and a long,long time Disney fan!

A bit of background...and the cast for the trip!

I am 37!:scared1:First Disney experience was in 1975, at 3 years old. Since then I have been able to account for 32 trips, but we disagree that there are 5-7 more trips than that!!!:woohoo:

My DD!!!princess: She is 3 and this will be her fourth trip. She has steel trap mind, better than mine, so she can recount incredible details (to follow)...She is torn between Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty at the moment, but Mickey and Minnie and Tink are significant to her!!

My mom...We have your typical mother/daughter relationship and you will find that this will pain us all!!!!!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:It will :rotfl2:also entertain us all!!!!!Her parents took her to Disneyland in August of 1955, when she was 5. It opened July 20th ,so from what we can surmise, she was there 16 days after opening! She counts a mean 45+ visits around the world, as a conservative estimate. She is a Minnie Fan, a fierce collector and shopping fiend:worship: and you will never miss her after you see one picture!!!!!!!!!

My nanny...A Swede with a thrill to be a Disney virgin! :cutie: She is my third nanny in four years and I take all of them to experience the "World"!!!!!!!!!

So, 130 days until departure. My daughter has school until 12 noon on the 16th, so flight will be afternoon and arrival after dinner! We have park plans, ADR's, that are now cut to 100 days!!,cakes, menu's, princesses, room requests, special ressies and THE birthday to contend with!!!!!!!

I do have a husband!!!!! Ooops!:rotfl: To our one and only princess!!! princess:He is an an awesome dad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His parents took him in 1982, when my mom took us( me and my younger sister, and I have since garnered another younger sis, who is a Disney fiend!!!) to Epcot and MK for the first time, but we have sussed out all the photos and were there about 20 days apart! We both were lucky enough to stay at the Poly and loved it, but my husband is not into Disney!!!!:scared1: He was 10 and thinks he "saw it all"!!!!!!!!!!!AHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl2:

He states he will join us "When Charlotte will remember"...um, she does and we all know it but he is:eek: like this about most of our holidays! He loves skiing and golf and it can all be done in 90 minutes of our home, so why bother to leave?:headache: He adores our daughter and loves her love of all things Disney but cannot embrace the life!!!!!!!!!!

And, no, there will be no other princesses or princes!!!!!!!We are Done with a capital "D"!!!!!!!!!!!

I grew up with a bevy of step-dads and the one just so happened to break his arm playing tennis two days before a 18 day trip to Disney! Me thinks my husband has taken tips!!!!!!!!

Really, fine by me, my souvenier spending is ridiculous and out of control and I would have to explain extra suitcases and bags and carry-ons and excuses if he travelled with!!!!!!:thumbsup2
