It was finally fixed after our last trip- although SEVERAL CM's promised me it was fixed EVERY time I would call.

I should tell my DH about this and use it as a reason to never move! (Disney would mess things up if we moved honey) We're not planning a move, but he'd like to. I hate moving.

Yes, hopefully talking to a supervisor will help some. I think the problem with the phone number is that the old number was the one originally tied to the reservation when I booked. So the "system" keeps reverting back to it for some reason. As for the rest of the mess with the dates. . . I just don't know!

That is just plain ridiculous.

They need to change their system if it keeps doing things like that.

Once when we had to cancel a ressie outright- last year- when I had to change from POFQ to CBR to get a pin to work--- they didn't refund my $$ for 6 MONTHS. I called once a week and kept getting the run around. I finally got thru to someone who told me who I needed to call to get it resolved and it had to go under a formal review to a board or some such nonsense--then the check was finally sent to me 2 weeks later.

Gosh-- I know they are employing people- but dang- they could fix their computer system and let a lot of people go-- and then we could pay less for our vacations.


Tee hee.

We'd all be winners.

Well I just looked at the forecast here for the week. 50-55 all week. I can't believe we went from 75 and sunny every day to 50 and raining nearly everyday. There was no in-between. This really stinks!

I am certainly going to be ready for some Florida sunshine and warm weather!


Busy week here with PTO stuff. Our school fundraiser ends tomorrow. So I will head to the school tomorrow morning and pick up all the orders and then we will all meet to tally up all the orders. This will literally take the entire day tomorrow. Well, the entire school day. We will be there from about 8AM until about 2PM. Then again on Wednesday hopefully only until about noon that day. All that plus soccer practices, a few meetings, and a dentist appointment on Friday. Busy busy!! The good news for me is that the week all the fundraiser items come in I just may be out of town!! I really didn't plan it that way. I picked that week because that is parent-teacher conferences week and the kids will only have to miss 2 full days and 3 half days!

So anyway, if I don't check in tomorrow keep things rolling without me and have a great day everyone!!

Sorry about all the trouble you've had with the dates/phone number on your ressie... we had some ME trouble - I gave them the info at least twice but even when we got our envelope in the room the day before check-out it was missing half of our info!! I just had to call that night to get our pick-up time - there wasn't any problem the morning we returned to the airport (well except for DH's lost wallet...)

Your plans look great so far - can't wait to read all about it!!

Yes, the airfare was getting quite scary there for awhile. Now it seems like that was so long ago!

You can bet DH will be double checking on his drawers!

I am so glad your DH's wallet was returned. Who would have thought it was at the bottom of RNRC??? Well, besides you! My DH's co-worker lost a camera on RNRC last year! I know I am going to secure my items extra tight when I ride it!!
