Check out this cute dessert my wife and her friend got last night at the park. It was filled with delicious pumpkin mousse.
In ONE MONTH from today - Nov 11 - We will enjoy a nice relaxing morning at POR. Have lunch at the food court. Head to MK around 2:00 or whenever we feel like it. Spend the rest of the day there! Have dinner at either Casey's or Cosmic Ray's. Hopefully Cosmic Ray's! Maybe watch Spectro. Definitely watch Wishes!
-Sounds like a perfect, relaxing day you have planned. Cosmic Ray's is a fav CS of ours (we've never eaten at Casey's) and Spectro & Wishes are both must do's for my troup. 
and we were all SO tired at the end of every day. This time I'm trying to work in some rest time. My DH is NOT a morning person, so I think he'll be very happy if we have a couple of sleep-in mornings! You've inspired me...I'll tell my DH to thank you!
Where is it located? I may have to venture up to PA for a little shopping!

I have a question for anyone who knows - How many people can sit together in the Haunted Mansion ride??? I know, I can't believe we have never been on it before. I really want to ride it and DS10 says the only way he will go on it is if we can all ride together and he can sit in the middle! To which DS8 replied - it's probably just 2-3 people in a seat, so yeah you can sit in the middle of mom and the ghost!!
I cant believe you've never been on it - its my fave ride! You will love it 
I think 3 people is probably max - that being 2 adults and a child but we've only ever been 2 adults so cant 100% confirm that. You're maybe best doing it in 2's so that the ghost can sit between you

Illuminations is my absolute favoriteAnother chilly day here in PA. I sat through 2 soccer games yesterday with 2 coats on, gloves on, and a blanket over me and I was still cold. It was about 50, cloudy, and WINDY!
So. . . . On to happier things. . .

Head over to the Poly for a late breakfast at Kona and then take the monorail to Epcot, where we will spend the rest of the day. We can't wait to ride Soarin and Test Track and do lots of other fun stuff! We will have dinner at my favorite - LeCellier! Then watch IllumiNations.
We were allowed all 4 of us last time but keep in mind that my little ones are littler than yours. Is littler a word? DH and I sat on the outside with the kids both in the middle. He will be fine with you sweetie - the cars are high backed and curved, so you can sort of sit right back into them and snuggle, so he doesnt have to be affraid, you can keep hold of him in a big bear hug kinda way
I will tell him!

Our kids are almost the same size- and we've only been able to sit three max in a HM car. The kids actually want to ride by themselves- but the three of them together take up the whole thing.
I can't believe you haven't ridden this yet.

LOL- the first time I rode this was on my first trip to MK- I remember it very very well- I was 2 years old.
He can do it.
And if he can't --- send him and dad out to get some popcorn at the cart right outside the entrance while you and the little one tackle it.

PS--- has he ridden TOT?????? It is NOTHING like TOT.
TOT is much more scarier than HM. (As far as the Ghost scenes and such-).
I'm really trying to help him get over this. Not interested. DS8 and I rode it once. I really wasn't all that impressed.
