I do send and receive pm's occasionally, I voted the second option. However, I am really bad about deleting them so I am often flirting with the 120 max limit. I just have a lot I am reluctant to part with. I think that is pretty pathetic too.

I voted never because it seemed closest to the "rarely" that is reality. I've been posting here close to 5 years and can count them on one hand.
