A Pirate and Princess Get Married...and Disneymoon! UPDATE 6/15 DAY 3 PART 2

Hi everyone, after taking a red eye from Salt Lake, we're home!!!!

Our honeymoon was amazing, and I can't wait to share every detail with you over the next few weeks.

A few highlights of our trip
-The different rides and shows at Disney
-Eating on top of the "Eiffel Tower"
-Hiking to the top of a mountain that people have died trying
-Seeing the inspiration for Big Thunder Mountain in Bryce Canyon
-Running into a bear in Grand Teton
-Running into a wolf pack in Yellowstone
-Seeing the real "Artist Point" in Yellowstone

And the last.....
-Being profiled in the airport in Salt Lake City for being Italian (pronounced I-talian in thick Mormon accent)
-Being told by a bartender in Salt Lake that all Italians are in the mob and are murderers. Ladies and gentlemen this is NOT nyc!
-And finally, being charged 35 drinks at said bar over the course of 2 hours. Riiiiiight.

Despite the complaints we had a WONDERFUL honeymoon, and although are sad it's over it's good to be back!

Welcome home! Sounds like you had and awesome honeymoon. Looking for ward to hearing about the bear . I think Salt Lake city is somewhere I will never visit!! It's hard enough here people in TN call it New Joisey, which completely annoys me. Yes and they think my husband must have be related to the Soprano's . He has a very italian last name and we get torture here a bit by the country folks. Well at least you made it home safely. I can't wait until you officially start your trip report .

hi Dear Also just done reading your trip report sounds like you are having a cool time. You are a very beutifull women and your husband is a lucky guy. I am getting married in October and we are honeymooning in disneys fort wilderness resort for 3 weeks.

The trip was absolutely wonderful, it was honestly a fairytale for us. Salt Lake was a VERY different city than anything in our area. That's funny about your husband, good thing he's a good sport!

It's good to be home! Now it's almost time for your wedding! We were actually at two bars, the bar that charged us for 35 drinks was Murphy's in the downtown area, and we also encountered heavy racism for lack of a better phrase at the Martini bar in the same area from the bartender "Brother Dustin".
