I totally agree!! Normally when I skip a run - especially a long run - I feel pretty guilty about it for the next day or two. This time - zero guilt. So, combined with the fact that my back has been feeling great this week, makes me think that it was totally the right call.At the end of the day, running is supposed to be fun! I think you were smart to take the weekend off, it shouldn't be a chore. Being healthy (physically and mentally) at the start line in a few weeks is the most important thing, so I think you were investing in your mental health bank this weekend![]()

THANKS!!PS CUTE pup!

Bonus pup pic! This is comfortable??

True on both counts!!So love your training report.Puppies are the best-even if their bodily functions are kinda gross! But humans can be pretty yucky too.
Thanks!Happy Birthday late!

Me too. Here's hoping they design a kick-@$$ medal like they did for the 20th!!I'm liking the 30th WDW marathon idea.
Um, YES!Sooooooooo-have you seen the Beauty and the Beast Harvey bags?!? They are awesome looking-but Mrs Potts is already sold out....I'm super bummed about that! She is just my favorite b/c Angela Lansbury is the BEST! My hubs still picks on my Murder She Wrote obsession!

I feel like Angela Lansbury needs a Mrs. Potts Park Hopper.

I'll put this in a spoiler tag since it's sooooo long!
So originally I was sort of "meh" on them and thought I would just pass on everything. And then I ended up ordering 2 bags!
But here are my thoughts on all of them...
- I think they nailed it with the Cogsworth circle bag, the Mrs. Potts Park Hopper and the Chip coin purse. But I just know I would never use the Cogsworth bag, as cute as it is. I have a coin purse already and don't think I need a second one. And I like but don't LOVE Park Hoppers (I own one right now but I've bought and then sold like 3 others, so I'm wary of buying another one just to decide I don't REALLY love the bag style and then turn around and sell it). I think out of all of the bags, the Mrs. Potts one is the one that screams "Beauty and the Beast" to me the most, though. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Mrs. Potts/Chip charm that it has.
- I like the yellow Belle foldover, especially with the little rosette on it, but I had one of those bags at one point and sold it because it was SO small.
- I also like the Beast wallet, but not sure if I like it enough to buy it? I'm hoping they still have them at their store next month since I plan on stopping by during Tink weekend, so I can check it out in person.
- I was so-so on the toile print - but I changed my mind on it after 1.) seeing the print itself it up-close in pictures, 2.) learning that the background is a light blue and not white like I originally thought, 3.) seeing the charms on the bags - the enchanted mirror and the rose!! and 4.) reading on their Facebook page that the print was hand-painted by a local artist - this is what really sold me on it. I thought it was awesome that they did that. I have had hip packs and streamline crossbodies from them before and have sold them - I thought I'd love the hip packs to take to Disney but they are just a bit too small for me. And for whatever reason I just don't love the streamline crossbodies...I thought I would because I used to LOVE Vera Bradley hipsters, and the streamline crossbodies remind me of those, but for some reason each time I have bought one I just turn around and sell it to someone else! So I DID end up getting the mini streamline tote - I love that it has the metal feet and the stabilizer in the bottom. I feel like there's a possibility I could return/sell it just because it sort of took me a bit to really warm up to it, but I hope I like it in person!
- The other bag that I got is the Rose mini circle bag. I just thought it was so unique and pretty! And clearly a lot of work went into making them - I read that making a single Lola bag of theirs takes like 2-2.5 hours, and I feel like the time must be similar for this bag (which I think explains the price). And like the toile bags I love that it has the mirror and rose charms.
Overall, this was not really what I was expecting from them when they announced they were doing "Beauty and the Beast" stuff - from the couple of purse Facebook groups I'm in, it seems like the collection as a whole was a miss for quite a few people. But I just think it's so creative and different! My mini tote is supposed to arrive tomorrow but the Rose bag won't be here until like Tuesday. Eek!!
