Great losses this past week everyone. :cool1:

Happy to say I'm another 2ibs down this week. Wasn't expecting that as I've been unable to exercise except walking due to tendinitis in my knee. Hoping that I will be able to resume 30 day shred tomorrow. :thumbsup2

I did a cheeky weigh in on Friday and lost another 1lb, slow and steady wins the race I guess! Well done everyone so far though, keep it up! :)

Hi all, thought I would join in. Diet started on Monday as I'm now only 85 days from my wedding and then it's off to Disney!!

I am completely useless at counting calories so Im eating a Paleo diet with a bit of intermittent fasting. I haven't been to the gym as I'm currently living 40 miles from home due to a fire at our neighbours place which has damaged our property but I have the horses to exercise so hopefully that will help!

Saving my weigh in for Sunday!

Nothing lost, nothing gained for me this week. I'm pleased with that though as it's been a pretty shoddy week here! Hopefully things will return to normal next week though :) everyone else having lots of luck and willpower?

Well done everyone. 1ib off for me this week. Changed my workout routine again. :lmao: Got the Insanity workout for cheap from a friend who had used it so I did the Fit test for that last night and start the workouts tonight.

Here's hoping it doesn't kill me.

1.5 off for me today. That's me back to my pre-christmas weight so I'm quite happy :) 11.5 to get to target and I'm determined this time to get there. Good luck for the week ahead everyone :goodvibes
 
Joined WW yesterday as failed miserably at SW. Cant get my head around the quick start diet? Looks like the SW diet and all I lost was 4lb in 7 weeks.
