Following a calorie controlled diet on my Fitness Pal and also using Jillian Michaels 30 day shred in addition to my Zumba and occasional Nell McAndrew workout.
I recommend the Jillian Michaels dvd's.

A lb off for me this week. A slow and stead start! Off running again tomorrow and Thursday + indoor skydiving on Friday, that ought to burn some of those pesky calories!

Ive hopped back on for my weigh-in and Im 2.3lb lighter!So Im back on the way downwards...happy with that and hoping it continues slowly from now onwards

1lb down for me. It would have been more but for some reason I went out for lunch yesterday!? It was a bit random just before weigh in, but I shall do better next week.

Unfortunately my first week hasn't gone so well
I have been trying really hard but slipped on Monday. The worst thing is I got a new pair of scales (which have now got their very own personal tile in my bathroom hee hee) and I am 2 lbs more than I thought.
Never mind, I am just putting it down to a temporary blip and am back on it now.
I think it always takes me a week or 2 to get into it, but once I'm there I can normally focus 100% on it so I am hoping this time will be the same.

I signed up for SW Online again last week and lost 4lb in my first week. A good start, but I just need to stay focused this week!
I'm off to DLP a month today, so would really like to lose another 1/2 stone before then! *fingers crossed*

I just lost 1 pound this week, but am ok with that. I had put on quite a bit over the holidays and lost about 4 pounds the week before.
