Hi all, hopping back on board today.
Starting ww again this evening at 5pm. Is it awful that I'm dreading it???terrified to get on the scales. I haven't been weighed since well before Christmas lets just say D NILE is not just a river in Egypt!! I have been in a major comfort zone of eating and drinking and in total denial.

So 5pm here it goes again but this time I stick to it I would like to feel comfortable in my clothes in June :)

Hope it's ok that I join you all mid month :)

It's their loss if they didn't hire you, their failure not yours! Good luck with the SW plan and I'm with you all the way. We shall NOT give up but keep fighting for what we want! Pam

I think it hurt more as it was an internal job, just 1 step up from my current role and they even said I was more than capable of doing it, just didn't seem to have the same passion for marketing as the external person they hired :( oh well at least I have a job to feed my Disney addiction!

I'll fight all the way with you, let's do this!

Welcome aboard! This is technically last months thread, we've just carried it on into this week! Hope your weigh in wasn't as bad as you thought tonight and good luck with your WW plan!

It was awful I cannot remember weighing that much ever before in my life!! I'm looking at 2 stone loss to come back into a "normal" bmi of 24.
But on the plus side as much as I dreaded it and seeing that number was awful, it's the last time I will ever see that darn number again. Positive thoughts and positive steps toward finally achieving my goal :)

Shocking yourself is sometimes the thing that we need to kick our bottoms into gear and keep us on track! I know it did with me! Good luck!

Good luck Eva. The best feeling is to know you are in control. We can do this together.

Im glad people are posting again. I put a lb on stayed the same and lost 1/2 today. Rollacoaster ride.
Good luck everyone .

I'm back on the diet train, as of yesterday. I'm starting off by cutting out fizzy drinks which for me will take a lot of willpower!

If you are successful, let me know how you did it. I'd love to get my daughter off fizzy drinks. She points them on WW but they are still full of sugar and wish she would drink something better.

Mainly willpower and drinking a lot of squash at the moment. It's only been since Sunday afternoon, so I don't think the withdrawal effects have hit me yet.

I braved the scales on Saturday after 5 days on SW and I'd lost 4lb! I know the loss won't be that good every week, but it's a good start!
How's everyone else getting on?

And I'm two and a half pounds down this week! We are doing well this week. It's not actually a loss, as I'd put on two and a half pounds over the past two weeks, so from now on it will be a loss!

Pam

Just finished a week of simple start and down 3.5lbs :) happy out! Now just have to keep it going!
Well done on the losses everyone !!

Well done everyone! Keep it up!

Another 3lb off for me as of this morning. Only one more week before a blow it for 5 days in DLRP though!

Hello everyone, new here on this board (Im a DLP board regular :) ) and thought I'd join you all.

Im going to Weight Watchers since the last week of November and am down 19lbs and one, almost 2 dress sizes. Goal is somewhere around 35 or 42lbs away.
Weigh in is Thursday night & its been a bad week - started back to simple start and initially did well but went on to eat 3 takeaways and had a night out. So annoyed with myself.

Restarting it Friday morning - fingers crossed it goes well and that I've not put up too much this week. Good luck everyone

I've not had a fizzy drink since last Sunday, so it's been a week and a half now. The batteries in my scales have run out so I don't know if I've lost anything, but hopefully it is doing me some good!

I am joining in. I need to sort my self out and need motivation. We have a cruises booked for next April so I have 13ish months to get to target (lose 3 and half stone) So come on ladies we can do it :D

Well done. Never mind the weight, do you feel better?

I stayed the same this week. Am a bit disappointed to be honest, as I've not gone off plan. However, exercise was a bit lacking last week, so I'm adding another gym session this week and having a swim as well on Friday.

I only have two and a bit weeks to lose my 5lb which was my target by the time we go to NYC for a wedding. I really need a kick up the butt!
