Yup. I once bought a Perdue roaster chicken. Cooked it for 2 hours according to usual guidelines, and when DH carved it, it was GREEN inside!!!!!! (Perdue later told me some story about it being oxygenation inside the bird, blah, blah.... But we certainly weren't going to eat a green chicken! Gross!!!!! ) Took it back to store, got my $$ back and, after a call to Perdue, got $30 in coupons as well!
