Yeah, we went August 2-9. I just cant get into the mood to do a TR-not sure why. I even took some notes on my trip for one.

i love your epcot updates~~ !! I am so sorry about you cooler leaking what a way to start the morning! That bus driver sounded so nice too with turning down the AC those buses are freezing sometimes!!

I am glad that Ian like the rides in epcot.... by the way what is club cool? LOL i have never been in there-- do they have little sample drinks for you to try or something?

That is so sweet of you guys to give your fast passes to another couple I am sure you made there day! And its great that they were so happy you gave them some disney magic~~!!

i love epcot i would say its my second favorite park we are going to epcot on our day too also I will be waiting to read more I am taking my laptop to disney next week with me too So i can still update and read updates!!!

Thanks! Yeah I was really upset that morning but it ended up being ok, nothing damaged. Oh yeah it was great the ac got turned down, Ian's rediculous with cold so he really really appreciated it! Club Cool is on the right of the Fountain of Nations when you walk in and it has a bunch of soda dispensors that you can get free samples of different soda's from around the world. Try Beverly or don't tell your dh and have him taste it and see the expression on his face, it's always good for a laugh!! I can't believe you're leaving so soon! I hope you guys have such a great time!!

Well since you asked all pushy and such I guess I'll have to post one!! No really sorry to everyone for not updating in a little bit. This whole working and going to school thing is cutting into my Dis time!! So with no further ado (sp?) an update!!

When we got back to the hotel we picked up Ian’s Nightmare Before Christmas jar that we had shipped there that we bought at MK the other day. After that we relaxed a bit. I took a little nap and then got up and Ian and I took showers. We just felt disgusting from walking around all day. After that we went for a cigarette and then went to get a bus back to Epcot. We waited maybe 10 minutes for the bus and left the resort around 6:00. We got to Epcot around 6:10 and got a photopass picture in front of the big golf ball! We hadn’t gone on Spaceship Earth yet so we headed on that. It was only a 10 minute wait so we jumped in line. I love how they redid this ride, it’s so fun! Ian really liked it too! We had fun picking out our “future” together! I got bored while we were waiting in line so I was taking some different pics of Spaceship Earth!

Now I have to tell you the Fountain of Nations is one of my mom’s favorite parts of Epcot. She loves watching the show where they have the music playing and the found “dances” to it. They hadn’t done it while we were there during the day but it was going on now. Ian thought it was really cool and took a ton of pictures of it. I took a few and took one with my phone to send back to my mom. She really appreciated it! Oh and by the way the fountain is no longer called the Fountain of Nations it’s now called “Mom’s Fountain”!! So here’s the pics we took.

After that we headed over to the countries. We headed to Mexico first. Some pics!!

We went on the Mexico ride first. I actually have no idea what the name of this ride is now. I knew the old one was El Rio del Tiempo but I have no idea what the Donald Duck one is called! The ride is very cute and that was the consensus of both Ian and I. Took a pic of the temple.

Next we went to Norway to see how the line was for Maelstrom. It was too long, I don’t remember what it was but I think it was something like 40 minutes so we got a fastpass for 8:00. I needed to get a gift for my brother so we headed in the store to get a troll. My brother has collected these trolls from almost our first trip so I wanted to get him one. I found a really cute one for him. Some pics we took of Norway!

Somewhere along the way Ian took this pic. I’m not sure what country we were in when Ian took it but I’ll put it here for all of you! Ian said he really liked the sky line it made.

Next up was China!!

We looked through the store. They have such beautiful things in there! Ian found a coat he really liked. So he decided to try it on. When he saw how much it was he quickly took it off!! It was like over $100 dollars! Here’s Ian in the coat.

Germany was our next stop. We took some pics and looked around a little bit but didn’t spend too much time there.

Next we went to Italy and took a quick smoke break. I’ve always wanted a mask from here. I always look at them but they just seem too expensive but finally on this trip I decided to splurge and bought one! Ian also bought one too. They are beautiful! I also picked up some Italian candy for my dad. He loves them and we can’t find them at home. So I picked up a box to give him when we got home. We took some pics and headed out of Italy!

We were now halfway around the world!! We went to America and made it just in time for what I believe was their last show. We didn’t get to see the Voices of Liberty because we just made it in time for show so that’s a definite must on the next trip! We watched the American Adventure. I love this show, I think it’s so moving. Ian thought it was ok.

When we got out of the show it was about 10 minutes until Illuminations. I didn’t want Ian to see this yet because I was keeping it for our last night so we started basically running to the front of the park. We raced back through the countries. It started as we were getting close to the end and I kept telling Ian not to look that way! We made it before it ended and made it to the bus stop. We didn’t get to use our fastpass for Maelstrom but we had to come back another day so we figured we could hit it up then. We did take this one pic before we left. I wanted to show Ian the sidewalk here and he thought it was very cool.

We waited like 7 minutes for the bus and got back to Pop at about 10:00. We checked out our masks to make sure they made it back ok. Here’s the pics we took!

I also took pictures of Ian with his first visit button on. He refused to wear it but I convinced him to let me take a picture of him with it on. Shhhh though, don’t tell him I posted the picture!

We decided to go swimming tonight. We were still pretty awake because of our nap earlier. We went swimming in the Hippy Dippy Pool. We had a lot of fun! Ian liked swimming at night because the pool wasn’t as crowded.

After we were done swimming Ian grabbed our mugs to get filled up before Everything Pop closed. We actually didn’t eat dinner tonight, we were too busy and not that hungry so we got our mugs filled and eat the snacks we had packed back in our room. We watched some t.v. and then went right to bed. Tomorrow was another busy day!!

Love the update! That's too funny about you dragging Ian out before illuminations. At that point, Jon would have told me I was crazy as a loon and laughed at me!! Don't you just love nighttime swimming? I love it too..less crowded and so much more fun!

Thanks!! He was going along with it too! He didn't want to see it yet, he knew I was saving it for the last night. He's such a good bf!! I love swimming at night, too much fun! That was what Ian liked the most, it wasn't as crowded. He said he'd never go during the day because it's too crowded. Doesn't really matter to me, I want to be at the parks during the day anyway!! I did like swimming at night but I actually was kinda cold, especially when we got out.

That is funny about "Mom's Fountain." I remember we have an old home video from one of our first trips of the fountain and my mom screams out (OK not really screams out) "That is SO NEAT!"

Today is Hollywood Studios day!! We woke up at around 6:30, took our showers, and got ready. We went down for a quick cigarette and made it to the buses by 7:45. We waited about 10 minutes for a bus and we were on our way to Hollywood Studios!! We got to HS by 8:10 and got in line at the turnstiles. Ian took these pictures as we were walking in.

And some pictures as we were waiting in line. We were again like the fourth or fifth family in line.

They let us in for rope drop and did their cute little opening show. The couple they picked was from France and didn’t speak English extremely well so the husband had to keep saying his line again and again. It was cute and we were finally let in. We made our way over to Toy Story Mania along with everything else! I got in line for a fastpass and then we both got in line to go on it. Well as we were waiting we had to go all the way down to the Backlot Tour to stand in line!! It was crazy!! I asked one of the CM how long the line was and he said about an hour. Well I definitely don’t wait that long but we decided to just see if it was going to be really that long because sometimes they’re wrong. Well we waited about 15 or 20 minutes and we were actually up to the ride and I asked the CM there how long the line was from there and she said about 45 minutes well we weren’t going to wait that long so we got out of line. We had fastpasses for later so I wasn’t too worried. As we were walking out the line to get fastpasses was out to the Little Mermaid!! Ridiculous!! We did take some pictures before we left that area.

After that we walked over to the Tower of Terror. Ian refused go on it so he waited while I stood in line. I think I waited maybe 30 minutes. It wasn’t too bad, definitely didn’t seem like 30 minutes. So next I was going to go on Rock n’ Roller Coaster. I decided to go stand in the single rider line thinking it would be shorter. Well I ended up standing in line for 45 minutes and then be told that it was at least another hour wait!! So I got out of line, apologized to Ian profusely for taking up so much time. I was talking to this one lady while I was waiting in line and she said that she had gone for a fastpass for TSM at 10:00 and the pass was for 4pm, so it was a bit busy that day! I got a fastpass for RnRC for later that day. While he had been waiting Ian took these pictures of TOT.

It was now time for our TSM fastpasses so we headed over there. I looked at the fastpasses for later in the day and they were for like 8 or 9 tonight. That wasn’t going to work for us so we just got in line. We rode it and of course Ian beat me. I knew he was going to but I did get pretty close to him. Ian really liked it. Next we checked the time for the Little Mermaid but it was like an hour away so we went into One Man’s Dream. I love this attraction!! Ian really liked it too, he took a ton of pictures of it!! Next time we’re going to spend more time in there. Here’s the pics he took.

We watched the little movie at the end. It was so cute, I love that movie. Ian really liked the whole attraction. We were hungry by this time so we decided to go over to Pizza Planet for some lunch. I stood in line for our food while Ian went to find a seat. He found one upstairs and we took a nice slow time eating. We both got pizza and a salad and then chips for our dessert. They screwed up and gave us cookies first but Ian’s not a cookie person so I told them we ordered chips and they gave us the cookies too! So we saved them for later. After that we went over to Star Tours but the line was like 40 minutes long so we got a fastpass and went to see the Muppet Show.

It is a cute show and I love the preshow but I think it would be cuter if it got updated just a little bit. Ian thought it was cute, not overly impressed by it but it was cute. Then we stopped for a quick cigarette and then used our fastpasses for Star Tours. Ian thought it was ok, he wasn’t really impressed but he doesn’t really like Star Wars all that much so that might have had something to do with it. After that we made our way over to American Idol and on the way the Block Party Bash parade was going on so we stopped and watched a little bit of it. We then went into the waiting area for AI and watched the rest from in there. Here’s the pics we got of it.

It was an ok parade, definitely not something I would wait to watch. It wasn’t like a real parade and I didn’t like that. So we watched the preshow of AI and then we were let into the air conditioning and the nice soft cushy seats. We took some pics before the show started!

I loved this show!! Our contestants weren’t the greatest but it was a lot of fun! I would definitely do this again! It was after 4:00 when we got out and it was time for my RnRC fastpass. I requested to sit in the front because I knew this was probably going to be my only ride on it and I love the front! I had so much fun! I love that ride!! Next we went into Villains in Vogue. I really wanted Ian to see this store because it has a ton of Jack Skellington stuff. We looked but he didn’t buy anything. He did see a shirt he liked but he didn’t buy it, he really wanted to but he didn’t. As we walking out we saw some Streetmosphere characters. So we stopped to watch them for a little bit.

Then we spotted these guys!

I love these guys! My family always stops to watch them so I had to watch them for a little bit! I took lots of pictures too!

Then we decided to head back to the hotel for a little bit, we were really tired by this time!

He's the manager. Yes free movies, no free popcorn (that may be a blessing in disguise!) His job has taken us all over the country!
