A Mouse, Two Little Minnows who wear out Grumpy and Test Track Moves to Naples 11/26

Tell Nicki to get on the planning for next year!!

NICKI get rolling on our dates so Mark can make a Kona breakfast and have his big Kahuna.

I can feel the pressure ladies :rotfl2: As soon as I get up to WDW next month I will have our dates...I think....

Love the updates, the girls are the cutest little things ever...I love seeing WDW in the eyes of little ones

Aw poop, you missed Kona (but I already knew that ;)), there is always next time!

How many more posts until you get to Marco stuff  I know what happens there too but I love to read all about it!

Well, I think that Test Track may have been calling my name next, but I'm not sure if Mark can ride that. So my second guess in Nemo or Captain EO.

Can't say I blame you for skipping breakfast. You had one really busy day.

Sometimes I think its better to get to a park right after rope drop. All you have to do is walk right in.

Great character pictures. Love them!

Kathy
Catching up with your TR! Yeah for your DIS meets!! The two “minnows” are adorable … after so many years since your boys were young, isn’t it great to go to MK and see it thru a child’s eyes?? :goodvibes

Boma’s breakfast looks fabulous – We've had dinner twice at Boma – which I really enjoyed (yes, the food can be a little sweet), but I want to do breakfast. But Samantha is not an early morning riser, and we would probably do this on a day we went to AK, and I need to get to the park early so I can get my EE fix -- many times!! Maybe we’ll do breakfast when I have a car – a lot easier.

Your character pics at EPCOT were great. We love Soarin too …
Janet

As you well know, I have a good excuse for not staying up-to-date on my subscribed threads. I went back oodles of pages and am now all caught up again. I know I'm going to forgot something that I wanted to comment on but I'll try and hit the highlights at least.

I can't believe that you had never seen Festival of the Lion King! What's up with you woman? Seriously, wasn't it a fantastic show? The singing, the acrobats, the music...well everything.

I'm glad that you got to spend some time at the CSR pool with Mary, Cayley and Avery.

How sweet of Juliana to send you and handwritten thank you note. Those are the kinds of notes that you treasure the most.

I think you guys made a smart move to just eat at Pepper Market. The food looked really really good.

All of you were able to do a lot of stuff at the Magic Kingdom. I hated to read that Space Mountain had a 50 minute wait and you had to skip it. At least you were able to take a ice cream break as a consolation. Ice cream will make you forget just about anything.

Sorry to hear that you had to forego your Kona breakfast ADR. Oh well, that can go on your list of "must eat there" restaurants on your next trip.

What a magical evening with those two little Princesses! Experiencing magic through the eyes of a little one is incredible, isn't it? :cloud9:

Sorry to hear you missed your Kona ADR, but it sounds like it was worth it from the wonderful evening the night before! Looking forward to everything in Epcot!!

Yep, that's the cutest Thank You note I've ever seen. ::yes::

Kathy, I can totally understand missing Kona! ;)
Been there, done that! :lmao: After a long night in the parks there is NO way I can drag myself out of bed early, not even for yummy breakfast! :goodvibes

I LOVE all the character photos! What a great opportunity to get them, and 10 minutes for Soarin is just fab! :thumbsup2

Hope your day is not too stressful, as I hope for another update! ;) popcorn::

So we left the Studios right around 1:00 to head back to the CSR for a scheduled DIS meet at 2:30 for anyone who could make it as well as a rest before the MNSSHP later that evening.

So Mark and I went to the room, got in our bathing suits and headed over to the pool. I got myself a Pina Colada (they have the best Pina Coladas at the Dig Site...and I forgot to get a picture of it!).

DSC00905.jpg

Great updates and pics! I know I need to catch up, I'll get there eventually.

I did want to make comment on one of your pics though....this picture makes me think that you need to find Mark a Happy shirt and not Grumpy. :goodvibes
Or does Grumpy apply most during other times? :rotfl: I know it does for my DH. In fact he actually bought himself a car sticker to put on the back of his car this last trip to WDW, and guess what it was of? You guessed it! Grumpy.

Now that is just darn right mean. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

hey we ate it after lunch today and it was gooooood, and i did take a few pictures for you.
:thumbsup2

great update, there were a ton of peppers? was that what those were on those plants.

funny that lettuce looked the same size when we were there, wonder if its fake.
:sad2:

Kathy, I think I'm caught up and I will try to remember what I wanted to comment on--------lol.

I LOVE the pictures of you and Mark with the characters at Epcot :thumbsup2. I think they are really good. I love that Mark is always smiling. He looks like such a laid back, happy go lucky guy :thumbsup2. I have my Chase Disney Rewards card now so we WILL be getting pictures in December; I don't care what Dallas and Dale say . Looking at your food pictures makes me hungry even when I'm not hungry....:rolleyes1.

I hope that one day we will be at Disney during the same time so we can have a meet :goodvibes.

Oh man, you missed Kona!! I hope you got to go later in the trip..although I'm sure you didn't now that i think of it lol! Keep it on your must do list for next year..perhaps for a dis meet breakfast  just sayin!

I love how you think 745 is sleeping in! although, 9am is sleeping in for me now a days, any later and I feel like I wasted my whole day!

It def did look like the land is barren! jeesh!

You can count us in as more people who slept through a breakfast ADR at Kona, which is ridiculous because I really want to try it. Someday....

Love Soarin'...and I'm guessing you went to Nemo next. :thumbsup2

Morning Kathy !!Another HUGE Soarin' fan here !!!!

Ride it lots for us later this week. :)

Thanks for the great update. My son will be riding Soarin for his first time on our December trip.

He's going to have a blast!

I can feel the pressure ladies :rotfl2: As soon as I get up to WDW next month I will have our dates...I think....

How many more posts until you get to Marco stuff I know what happens there too but I love to read all about it!

And we're keeping the pressure on until after your trip!

Aren't they just the cutest girls? Love them--such fun. Yes, we missed Kona, but we WON'T next trip.

Well, I have to finish our Epcot day and then do our last day at the MK, then we get to Marco.

Well, I think that Test Track may have been calling my name next, but I'm not sure if Mark can ride that. So my second guess in Nemo or Captain EO.

Nemo would be right!!!! As much as we were looking forward to it, we would have slept through Kona and wouldn't have enjoyed it. Next year for sure.

Hi, Janet. Cayley and Avery really are adorable. And it was great to see it through little ones ideas again. You really need to get to boma for breakfast some time.

As you well know, I have a good excuse for not staying up-to-date on my subscribed threads. I went back oodles of pages and am now all caught up again. I know I'm going to forgot something that I wanted to comment on but I'll try and hit the highlights at least.

Yes, Lisa, you had good reason not to be here and I understand. Yeah, I'm not sure how we never did Lion King before. but from now on it will a yearly must do. Those two girls were little fishes (hence, the "minnows" name on the TR). Yeah, I was bummed about Space Mountain, but hopefully Mark can do it next year. And I've got Nicki working on Kona for next year.

What a magical evening with those two little Princesses! Experiencing magic through the eyes of a little one is incredible, isn't it? :cloud9:

Yes, it was a magical time with those girls. And Kona will be on the list for next year.

That thank you note from Juliana has joined the other one she sent me front and center on my refrigerator.

Kathy, I can totally understand missing Kona! ;)

Karin, I hope to do an update when I'm done responding to posts here.

Great updates and pics! I know I need to catch up, I'll get there eventually.

Yes, he could use a "Happy" shirt or a "Sleepy" shirt. He's not Grumpy all the time...just when his kids aggravate him or I drive him nuts with my Disney planning and never shut up about it. :lmao:

hey we ate it after lunch today and it was gooooood, and i did take a few pictures for you.
:thumbsup2

:sad2:

Thanks for sharing, Dan! :rotfl2:

Yes, those were peppers on the plants. And I sometimes wonder if ALL of that stuff is real.

Kathy, I think I'm caught up and I will try to remember what I wanted to comment on--------lol.

Thanks, Dana (although I would have liked them better if my eyes were open in more of them.

Mark really is a laid back and happy go lucky guy. With the exception of the boys driving him crazy, he doesn't let much get to him. I wouldn't ask Dale and Dallas--just MAKE THEM DO IT.

Oh man, you missed Kona!! I hope you got to go later in the trip..although I'm sure you didn't now that i think of it lol! Keep it on your must do list for next year..perhaps for a dis meet breakfast  just sayin!

Yes, Jenn, we missed it and we didn't make it later in the trip. Next year for sure. 7:45 is sleeping in for me...I'm usually up by 6 a.m. at Disney.

Love Soarin'...and I'm guessing you went to Nemo next. :thumbsup2

Then I'm in good company. Yes, Nemo was next.

Update time. When I last left you, we had just finished listening to The Land. From there, it was off to see Mark's favorite friends:

So, it was off to see Nemo, Dory and friends:

Then it was off to see some fish in the tanks:

And out of the tank:

Then it was off to see a purple guy with wings:

After this, Mark wanted to go see Captain EO

DSC01230.jpg

I had no desire to see it (let the lashing begin...but just not a big Michael Jackson fan). So while Mark went to see EO, I checked office emails, called my boss and took a few pictures of the fountains:

After Mark finished Captain EO, I decided I was hungry (I hadn't had my breakfast). So we were close to Electric Umbrella, so we stopped there. It's not my first choice, but I didn't plan on eating a lot because we were going to Biergarten later, so I got the chicken nuggets and french fries and Mark got a fruit cup:

DSC01232.jpg

After that we headed over to have Mark try the "Beverly." Here's his reaction:

DSC01233.jpg

He actually said it wasn't that bad. :confused3

We had two "hat" stops before our next destination:

Mine, mine , mine Just keep swimming!!!
Great hat pics!

:lmao::lmao::lmao: After my day at work today, Mark picked me up the train and kept saying "just keep swimming." Too funny. Glad you enjoyed the hat pictures.

Bet you can guess what that special surprise text was. ;)

Wow! I thought I was the only getting up at ridiculous times of the day to go to work... You weren't alone this morning at 4:45! I was already at school! :scared1: Only because of the time difference, but still...

And funny Mark should say just keep swimming...sometimes that just becomes my mantra, because what else can you do?:confused3

Your pictures put a huge smile on my face. Thanks, Kathy!

I'm sad that you guys missed Kona... but there is always next time! ;)

Hurray for 'sleeping in'. Not too bad getting to Epcot at 9:10.

Love the pics with Mickey & Minnie!

Sorry The Land was a barren wasteland. :scared1:

You DONT LIKE MJ?????? WHAT??????? :scared1::scared1: :eek: :scared1::scared1:

HUMMMM I wonder who texts you? :confused3

Hat count 20, which includes the 2 baseball caps. ;)

Fun! updates Kathy
