WCC ~ Have always wanted to try it, but did not even get there when staying at the Lodge last November - it is supposed to be so much fun!! I looking forward to seeing the lodge i would Love to be able to stay here.
1900 Park Fare ~ Haven't made it there either, but hear it is fabulous! I think it will be diffent with the differnt group of characters
Ohana's - always fantastic!! I suggusted is one, We did the dinner show on our 1st trip,

Boma ~ can only do for breakfast (lunch and dinner foods to spicy for my delicate, albeit chubby, tummy.) It is a huge favorite for so many of my friends!! I was not thinking Spicy food i too have a delicate tummy, take meds every day
You are going to have so much fun!!!

Akershus ~ last time we dined there was before it became a character meal, but it was a favorite. I do not drink, especially beer, but it was a very hot August day and had their house beer on tap - it was sooo light and no after taste - yummy!

They use African spices at Boma -I take meds for it everyday too and even the smell of Boma was bothering me. Breakfast was great though!

You will love the Wilderness Lodge - especially when you see the Christmas decorations! If you have time, take a stroll over to the Villas - the lobby decorations are a bit different (I like it even better) so pretty, classy and homey. You just walk past the gift shop, straight and keep walking until you come to the entrance. No special key required..and if you do walk over...be sure to walk past the tree, to the right, and go around the corner into the next room - it has a train (in a case) and windowsill seats - so pretty!

Then you can get back to the lodge either the same way or by walking out the back door, around the Villa pool, keep walking along the sidewalk and it brings you to the Lodge pool and geyser! You can either go back to the lobby or to the boat/water launch dock.

We stayed in the Villas last November for 4 ngts and I never expected to like it so much!!

Hi My friends


I decide to left you all know about some things in my life that have been on my mind and have been keeping me from being here on the Dis.

Mygranddaughter is being treated for Plagiocephaly, or 'flat head sydrome" her head on the left side has a flat spot, her right side is growwing more causing her head if you look from the top to be angled. She was fitted with a crandial helment 3 weeks ago, and she got it last Wed. She had to wear the 1 hr on 1hr off on 1st day, 2hr- 3hr the 2nd day and so on. until she is wearing it for 23 hrs a day,
Today she went to the Dr and it has change 4ml for the good the Dr said that thisis a good sign improvements in the 1st month are a great sign the treatment is working, She will wear the helment for 3 to 4 months. It's has pink,purple and green hearts on it called the sweetheart design,
This has been hard on Kylie and Josh as there 1st time parents and they think orthers are looking at them as not being good parents, or why did this happen to my baby.


And the other thing is the Corri got in a car accident 2 weeks ago she was not hurt Her car was totaled . So we have been spending nights looking for a new car. She got a
Plymont shilloutte van (used) very clean. This will be a GREAT car for our trip to WDW We will have lots of room for all our stuff.

Also I not sure if you know i work 4 days a week as a head techfor a one hour photo lab and a cashier for a local discount drug store. and we watch GS 5days a week and GS 3 days My DH lost his job after 20 years when his boss sold the property to Sheets. He been out of work about a year thats how he are able to watch GS 5days I have watch him 2 days since he was born

Thanks to you all for listening it help to be able to talk about all this and now you can all see why I NEED a Trip to WDW.

What a time your family is going through. I am so sorry.

I'm glad Corri is okay and was not injured in the accident and happy you've found a car that will work out great for your WDW trip!!!

Oh, sweet baby...you know, just last week I saw a segment on CNN (think it was CNN) about Plagiocephaly aka 'flat head syndrome'. This is certainly no fault of the parents - but only due to doctors telling parents that babies must sleep on their back.

Mia kept Sophia turned equally on each side and back (also a first time parent, but I live with them) so fortunately it did not happen. Honestly, it must be so hard it must be for new parents...and most babies love to sleep all scrunched up on their tummies. Drs still have no absolute proof that this prevent crib death and even admit it is more likely babies with a predisposition.

You sure have a full schedule. I lost my job in 2008, but the blessing was that I can care for Sophia everyday now.

Will be holding you all near in heart and prayer. Hugs, my friend.

No worries here Grace - we all have lives outside of here, regardless of what curve balls are thrown our way!

As for the "flat head syndrome"... you tell them not to get down about what others think about their baby. You all know that she is a sweet, sweet angel baby and to heck with other people. I think people would be more upset to see her without a helmet versus her actually having one - the kids are being proactive about her health and that is what is most important! It is how we react to the situations we are put in. Kylie and Josh will get through this just fine, and they'll be stronger for it.

It never gets old hearing that Corri was okay after the accident and kudos to the new van! You'll be able to put that to good use down in Orlando!

You work hard, you give a lot... you'll find your reward soon!!!

Oh Grace it seems like a few of us are having some problems. I hope the helmet helps your granddaughter! It sounds like it has already too which is great. Tell her parents to keep her chin up! I made up these business cards that I hand out when I see people staring at Rachel and/or making comments. It basically says "Hi I'm Rachel and I was born with Protus Syndrome. Which affects my X,X,X,X and X. You can learn more at www.weblink.com. Have a great day!". And that is so awful to hear about Corri's car but yay for a van. I love my van we can pack so much into it!

Oh Grace I am so sorry for your troubles !!Sometimes the old fashioned ways are better than these new medical thoughts they have !! Like don't feed them any solids till they are 6 or 9 months old !!These Doctors aren't listening to the babies crying cuz they are hungry !!I told Judy FEED Them!! Also they only slept in their Knip Knaps , and Judy was constantly being told it was bad for them and they would never learn to sleep on the mattresses !! I told her , when they get to big for the Knip Knaps they will sleep in their cribs just fine and they did !!Sorry about Corri's accident but GOOD news about the Van !!

I guess that i just need to see it in writing all things things you all said are they things I been thinking and telling the kids but I guess I need to see and heard them too.

I do know that God will not give me more than I can handle. but sometimes the shoulders only seem so wide.

Guess I was having a blue day on Wed, But today things are better

We weant to see Car 2 last night it good, We went to the drive -in I had not been to the drive-in in 15 years Landen had a great time.

We are planning on doing lots of outdoor cooking , ribs Somemores, and pieiron pizza, also cooking a chicken with rocks.

Have fun camping...I sent my dh and 2 of my kids off to our cabin in the mountains...my other ds and I will head that way after I pick him up from camp and make my ADRs...starting my vacation off late just to make my ADRs!

Back from our camping trip had a great time. Klarissa had her 1st hayride, we cooked lots of good food over the fire.
Hope you all had a wonderful July 4th when we went on a shoping time there was a goodwill store I got a stuffed Mickey for $.50 I love to shop at thrift stores.

We did do some WDW trip planning Thinking about moving up to a MODERATE resort TheCaribbean
Has any one staying here? thinking about the priate room/

#3 Free regfigerator
#4 room size 340
#5 main pool priate themed
#6 Each village has it own pool
#7 Internal bus system

If we upgrade we can still use our pin on the resort that we booked ASMO. ( according to CM at WDW) . Stilling hoping for a "free dining discount"
also been looking at t-shirt disgins want a special priate one for Landenand something for Mickey's Very Mery Christmas Party
