We are on the eastern and are having to make some adjustments due to tropical depression 15 which may or may not become tropical storm Omar. We are docked in St. Maarten but Capt. Thomas has decided to leave port at 5 p.m. rather than 7. Pirate night has been changed to Thursday night as inclement weather is expected tonight. Dining rotations have changed as a result.

We were supposed to be in Parrot Cay (we are on the PLA rotation) but we will be in Lumiere’s tonight and Wed. night for semi-formal. Back to Animator’s on Thursday and PC on Friday. We were supposed to eat at Palo Wed. but wanted to have semi-formal dinner with the kids. Luckily PJ at Palo was able to accommodate us on Thursday so all is well. We will have plenty of time to enjoy the party and fireworks as we are eating at 6 p.m. Flexibility is the name of the game.

This is cruising in October! But I’m not complaining one little bit. Drink of the Day is Pineapple Mojito! And I’m on the Magic !!!

Hopefully you will be able to dodge the bad weather and have a great time. Pineapple Mojito......YUM!!! That must be a new one. Have a ball!

We are cruising on Sat on the western and the weather does not look good at all! I am really getting bummed!

Hopefully you get some sunny days!

UPDATE
Just an FYI, we are going to Nassau instead of St. Thomas. We are scheduled to arrive in Nassau around 2 pm Thursday and depart at 9:45pm.

Hey Allen - have not seen you yet! Hope you're having fun. Have met a few of the Pirateheads onboard. Wish we didn't have to miss St. Thomas but watcha gonna do???

Thought you might like to know that Omar (TS # 15) will be headed away from you as soon as you sail towards the Bahamas. According to the Weather Channel, it is going towards the eastern tip of Puerto Rico and through the Virgin Islands Thurs AM as it goes NE out into the ocean.
BTW, be glad you are on an eastern cruise; TS # 16 has developed south of Cuba and is going towards southern Mexico while dumping rain all over the area.
Smooth sailing ahead, hope you are having the time of your life.:thumbsup2

Hi Allen

Hope you are having a great time despite the weather!! Have a Konk Kooler for us ok!!

Joe and Maureen

TS Storm Omar is now Hurricane Omar- Category 1 with winds of 75 mph. You might get some rocking !

We were on the Magic Western last week and it was so calm I was actually HOPING for some waves & rocking! Best of luck !

Hey wondering if anyone from 10/11 Eastern cruise would like to help poor little me out? My sister and her DH are on this 10/11 Eastern Magic cruise and I know she was really worried about storms, etc. before they left. Anyone want to maybe check on them for me? If so, send me a pm! It's kinda bad being so isolated from them and not knowing how they are doing. TIA
